hey guys
This is my protocol :
Feb 5th, my baseline of IGF1 is 137 ng/ml.
I do 2iu AM, 2iu PM, every day, 4 days out on business trip, no gh.
Feb 19th, did blood test, IGF1 is 297 ng/ml.
so 4iu per day for 10 days, IGF1 increase 160 ng/ml. is it good ?

You are more than double of your baseline, so yeah, I would say it is good.
I'm using their product get nothing change on IGF-1 actually.
