43.1 nmol/L = 329 ng/mL. Without your baseline & current drug use it's hard to determine if you should be scoring higher ... you ramped to 4iu daily for 6 months correct? Of consistent use? Face value seems ... about right.

for 6 months non stop, was building 1iu morning and 1iu evening until i reached the last 3 or 4 months 2iu in the morning and 2iu in evening
