What i sould take to get leaner

iam 36 year old 5'2 i wight 120 body fat 17% i want to be on 108 or 110.
i workout 5 to 6 days a week i want to be lean and strong i want to get to 9 t0 10% body fat .
what i should take HGH OR fat burner.

Take on a stricter diet and increase cardio. No drugs needed! As mentioned below hit up the nutrition section. Also what are goals other then just leaning out. Do you want to compete? How long have you been training? What does your training routine look like? I'm sure with a little tweaking of your training and diet you can reach your goals naturally and more healthy. ;-)

What ever happens to old fashioned DIET and HARD excersize? Why just come here and ask what to take to lose fat? Isn't it an obvious answer??

Go to the diet and nutrition forms here, lots of good information to cut fat the right way. Diet first, supplements second. Good luck
