i know this is an older thread but i wanted to throw my 2 cents in. I've been taking ~3 IUs of HGH every steadily for probably around a year now. I take it for anti-aging, not to lean out. That said, I will probably follow the advice given below and cut it out prior to my first show (Oct this year) and see how that goes.
people expect and want 'something' to take the place of doing what is difficult and makes them uncomfortable .... nothing free is worth it nothing gained is easy
If you're trying to lean out HGH is not the way to go... I'm with everyone else you may actually gain water weight... I always stop taking it 4-6 weeks out from a show. There's really no magic supplement, the only way to lean out is by causing a caloric deficit (burning more calories than what you consume). Eating clean doesn't necessarily mean that you are in caloric deficit you gotta play with your macros a little. What works for me when I'm trying to lean out is to consume the majority of my cabs pre and post workout and NEVER mix them with fats.
I generally train in the morning so my breakfast will be my pre-workout meal, supposing it's an intense workout I'll consume 60g of carbs with about 25g of protein, then I'll consume about 15g of simple carbs intra workout with coconut water just to sustain the intensity of my workout, then I'll consume 30g of simple carbs immediately after my workout then the rest of the day I cut off my carbs completely and closer to bed time add some healthy fats. This is what works for me, but I stay at around 13-15% bf consuming ballpark 250g of carbs daily so I don't have to cut back too much to see a difference... Again this is my personal experience.
Along with your diet you may also want to intensify your training... Lots of super sets with short rest periods, circuit training, ploys and some HIIT here and there... Your workouts should be shorter but much more intense.
Great info........... real personal experience being shared............... priceless!

My experience with Hgh is that you do not get leaner, you hold a shit ton of water. I was already at about 15% bf when I started it, gained 8lbs of water in the first month, I ran it for a year and never dropped the water until I quit using it. I was using to help heal from an auto accident and used a few different brands including pharma grade. I'm sure everyone is different but def a clean diet and cardio work best for me.
Best info ..................... i wish more folk would tell the truth.

Thanks Viking, yes, with all the great reviews its misleading. Even to heal injury's, take an already sore joints and add a ton of water, it just makes it worse. I'm finding cheap natural products like Iodine, Diatomaceous earth and sole water (along with supportive supplements) work better for aches and pains. Sounds crazy but its working and nothing else has...
You know what!...
its priceless when someone experiments and finds the best things that work for themselves instead of taking the "cookie cutter" approach of stacking tons and tons of hormones etc into themselves and not just upsetting the physical balance of our biology but creating lots of bad side effects which build up to a point were it starts to affect us mentally as well......
proud of you for having the strength to find your own path and not becoming a sheep within this PED revolution
Pretty expensive way to just try and lean up. Tweaking the diet a little bit and some cardio are free and more effective.
Assuming that's you in your avatar pic, doesn't look like you have 12 pounds to lose, look pretty lean. Like dude said below, a little tweak( non drug related) would probably do the trick
Post an unidentifiable picture so we can see what we're working with. This may be something fixable with reviewing your diet. Post macros that you eat for as well so they can be looked at.
