What is the legitimacy of the reviews?

ad

I'm new to the scene, and I use a private gym so I don't really have any connections. Reviews on this site seem quite numerous, native english, and non-robotic. Can they be trusted? I'm referring to reviews of sites where product is sold. I believe there are legitimate sites out there, I'm just not sure if I'm able to discern them.

You realize this is a self service review site? All the tools you need are in your hands if you choose to use them. Just spend the time.
The problem with asking others, especially when new, is that you're open to a few of the scammers that lurk around, looking for noobs. Get to know there site and people. You'll find what you need. Time and effort are they keys.

PPG has pretty much summed it up just take the time to read through the review sections.

But the golden rule should stand for every source you use......
NEVER SPEND MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE.

This site is so much more than just a steroid shop.

Thanks bro. And you're 100% right. This may be a business but it's obviously not something we can call the Better Business Bureau on if we are not happy. So never spend money that you can't afford to lose. It's almost like gambling.

The odds are in your favor that you're going to get what you want, but there's always that chance....

As well as the reviews there's the source discussion page, use the two together to decide which source(s) you trust with your hard earned.

There's a sticky at the top of this section called something along the lines of "ordering strategy for newbies", give that a read if you haven't already.

What PPGfreak has said is spot on. As a newby it's really difficult to decide whether you should trust reviews before handing out you hard earned cash. When I joined here I had the same thoughts: Can I trust this site? Can I trust the reviews? Can I trust the Sources? Will I be ripped off? Is it all a scam?...so many doubts. Do your research - Read pages of reviews - not just the first page - note the Karma of the posters.
- check their profiles. If someone reviews a Source and has been here for years and has a lot of Karma, it's a reasonable assumption that his review is legit. Then finally - you have to bite the bullet and trust someone. If you are really afraid that you will be burnt - make a small order that wont cost a lot if it never arrives. So far - every Source I have ordered from here has come good. That's my experience.

You want my honest opinion? Just read through the reviews and use common sense. I personally don't care how high a source is ranked because a lot of the time if I go through 10 pages of reviews I will find that every person that has ranked them has in between 0 to 5 karma, they will also have no pictures, no threads started, and no self shots. I ignore all those reviews because I think they're fake. I think no matter what we do some sources will always have people write reviews or they will do it themselves. That's just called business.

But when you use common sense and you go through and you find sources that have been on the board for years and they have multiple reviews from experience Brose and tons of pictures to back up their product including bloodwork. The odds that you have something to worry about are very slim. Or at least your reducing the odds of risk. I can tell you from personal experience that I have ordered from probably 15 sources and you can look through my pictures to confirm that. But if you look through my reviews you will notice that I've only left four......
