I read in another forum this:
Intramuscular inject of HGH has a higher absorption rate and faster clearance time, but subQ has a higher conversion to IGF1.
What do you think?

I read at almost all people there is not difference.
other say sc better for fat loss. ..
I saw a commentary in a Forum that says IM has a higher absorption rate, 70%, as opposed to 50% with sub Q. IM has a faster clearance rate.
But, subQ has longer igf1 elevation, upto 24 hours. There are advantages to both. Top pros inject hgh IM upon waking, iv immediately pwo, and subQ before bed. This provides optimum absorption.

Are you a pro and make a living from BB? If not I don't think it'll really make a noticeable difference
Tried both for months, didn't notice any difference. I stick to subq.
Same here. You don't even notice gh working for months so this hold be hard to tell either way. I've been on it since October of last year. So subq is much easier for me seeing as how I'm pinning four times a day. I'm not interested in going IM 28 times a week plus my TRT LOL
Haha yea no kidding subq is way easier and convenient. Do you notice a difference with spreading out the pins? Most I've done was 6iu/day, doing 3 shots of 2iu, 2 shots of 3iu, then a shot of 4iu and a 2iu, switching between subq and IM...never felt/seen a difference from any dosing schedule. So I stay to subq and 1 pin if it's 4iu and under, split it up twice if I'm doing more than 4iu.
When I was doing 6iu per day I had it at 3iu morning and 3iu at night. But after all my research and talking to pros I know I decided to change it. It only last for 3-4 hours so best results for me are to spread it out as much as possible. I'm doing .5-1iu per shot 5-6 times a day to keep my igf levels always up.
In my opinion yes it does make a difference. But it's also a lot more complicated because I'm traveling with it in my lunch cooler.
Then better split doses to raise more the igf levels than in one or two pin?
I read is better in only one pin to have elevated igf-1 after Training for example.

I honestly don't have a definitive answer. I've read about 20 different studies and come up with 20 different answers. I know you're running into the same thing which is why you asked the question.
I got this information from my trainer/nutritionist. He's lead be in the right direction so far and it does make sense to me. GH is one of those tricky things because you would need to do one protocol for six months, right on your findings, and then switch to another protocol for six months and write down your findings. It's very tricky to come up with the exact answer on the best way to run it. I can't prove that what I'm doing is the best..... but I trust the person that gave me the advice and I have seen what he's done for everyone that he trains including myself. I thought I'd give it a try so far I've been happy with the results.

From what I've seen the diffrence there maybe is so miniscule you won't notice. So as i always say, pin it however you prefer.
Oh boy that's a tough one. To know for sure you'd have to inject and have bloods pulled multiple times. It's not like you can feel hgh or know it's even irking for months...
