ok folks this will be the last one at least for a good while due to many factors , burn out lack of participation from new members eager to learn ect. but lets make this one a good one.
I am going to lay out a cycle with his exercise plan and nutrition to small details lets pick this apart
Jimmy Chew is 35 years old has run several cycles and has been off cycle for 2 years due to a injury here is his cycle he has laid out. jimmy is doing a lean bulk doesn't want to add any weight except muscle.
1-4 weeks Test prop 75 mg ED
1-16 weeks test Cyp 750 mg a week split 2 shots
1-15 weeks of equipoise 750Iu a week
aroma 12.5 mg e3d
Jimmy is 5,9
210 pounds 15% BF
consuming 125 grams of protein a day
consuming 600 grams of cmplex carbs a day
consuming 150 grams of fat
cardio is 4 days a week
lifting is 5 days 1.5 hours a day high reps low weight
instead of doing pct he is going to bridge to his next cycle with 250 cyp a week and 400tren E to lean out even more with dnp.

Jimmy Chew needs to ease his way back into the gym after that injury! He needs to have is diet and training regimen in check before he hops back on the gear wagon. Once he busts his ass down to a 10-12% BF then he can start putting together his gear regimen. If Jimmy is a little stubborn and wants to run this cycle and this cycle only then first he needs to realize EQ will be dosed in mg's and not IU's. For the first 2 weeks front load the EQ at 800mg/week(1-2). The prop will be ran @ 75mg EOD for first 3 weeks. Cyp dosage will stay @ 350mg/week (1-14) and the EQ to 500mg/wk(3-14). the twice a week injections will work fine but i would stop the equipoise & CYP at week 14. Aromasin should be taken daily.
Depending on BF% HCG will be weekly dosed accordingly - <10%: 250-300 iu twice weekly
10-15%: 300-350 iu twice weekly.
Now considering Jimbo is starting out at 210 once he gets back in the gym and busts his ass to get that BF% down he will probably lose a few pounds by the time he is ready for gear. So most importantly jimmy needs to be focused on eating, eating, and more EATING. I would aim for 3,975 calories a day with a 40/40/20 ratio, Carbs - 1,518 cals, Protein -1,518 cals, Fat - 759 cals. This equals to Carbs - 379.5g, Protein - 379.5g, Fat - 84.3g. Based on 6 meals a day each meal should contain Carbs - 63.25g, Protein - 63.25g, Fat - 14.05g. This means Jimmy would need about 632.5cal per meal which sounds difficult but if jimmy wants it bad enough he will make it work. As he progress through his diet he can adjust his macros accordingly. remember this is based off a CLEAN bulk.
I would keep the cardio in jimmys workout regimen until he reaches the desired 10-12% bodyfat. Cardio will help with the fat-loss especially if you are doing some form of HIIT. Once you have the desired BF% i would decrease cardio to 2-3 times a week. I believe cardio is still important even if your primary goal is to gain muscle because it will increase your metabolic conditioning, improve nutrient partitioning, optimize recovery and help keep body fat levels under control. As for the lifting goes i would recommend a hypertrophy style workout plan. Forget the high reps low weight and instead throw on some heavy ass weight and decrease the reps. Since jimmy is coming back from an injury he needs to really focus on his training. He can go ahead and forget about his plan to bridge cyp and tren this is not a good idea jimmy. Im gonna pretend jimmy didnt even mention dnp cause i know he is better than that. And he knows next time he mentions it he will get slapped. Instead of this absurd plan to bridge these drugs lets try something a little more beneficial and safer. Week 14 will be the last EQ injection and the last CYP injection. hcG will also be dropped on week 14.
The longest ester in Jimmys cycle will be the undecanoate ester from the EQ, and therefore he needs to start his PCT about 2 weeks after last injection of EQ. For weeks 15 & 16 bring back the prop @ 75mg EOD. Prop can be ran right up until the day before you start PCT.
If jimmy is really wanting to bridge to another cycle there is a better way than 250 cyp/wk and 400tren/wk. During this time he should make sure he is taking more time to recover than he would on cycle. His diet still needs to be his top priority if he doesnt want his gains to suffer. If he is going to be off for a short period of time he will find a low dose of testosterone during that time to be perfect; we are talking about 200mg to 250mg/week. Technically this isn’t off, but it’s definitely not a full blown cycle. Such testosterone doses will protect his gains during his down time, and such use can be beneficial. Option #2 is a low dose of Nolvadex and Dbol; ONLY about 10mg per day of each for 4 to 5 weeks. Is this necessary; probably not if he's only going to be off for that short of a time, but it is the best option other than test, if it’s an option he wants. However, the best option of all will always be an HRT or TRT level dosing of testosterone as described above.

no lean bulk there,jimmy going to get fat with all those calories. hes about 1200 cals over his tdee, i would drop about 60g of fat and add that 60 to the protein and then some...260p/75f/430c for about 3500 cals
but even before cycling he should drop his bf% to 10-12
that "bridge" is basically another cycle

Aromasin need to be taken ed for stable blood levels wirh its half life and only blood work can tell you how much you need 1gram protein per lbs of weight at least if hes trying a lean bulk with that low of calories and cardio 4 times a week hes going no where lifting time is also very long burning all his calories up bridgeing after an intense cycle also very wrong fats are a bit high and theres no such thing as lean bulking not sure if i missed anything i just awoke eyes glued shut..
