This review is for my two experiences involving napsgear. My first order was in April 2015 and everything went smoothly until it was shipped. It was held in New York for about a month before I contacted napsgear and they helped me by shipping a new package and I needed a new name and address. After figuring that out my package was shipped in about a week and included:
2 10 ml vials Test Cyp
1 package of Arimidex
1 package of Danabol

The products were very effective as I could feel the Danabol working from the start and ended up going from 185 to 215 in 10 weeks. Unfortunately I didn't research PCT and lost most of my gains coming off, which leads me to my next cycle.

My second time ordering was April 2016 and I received my package two weeks later with everything I ordered:
3 vials Test E
2 packages Danabol
2 packages Aromasin
1 package Nolva

Again the Dbol was great and the Aromasin worked well too as it crashed my E in week 3 of my cycle. The Test didn't seem as strong as the first time even though I upped the dose, but I still felt strong and gained some decent muscle mass 190-215 in 12 weeks. The Nolva has been great too and my testes have swollen back to regular size and I didn't experience the depression/loss of appetite/no motivation I experienced my first time.

I ordered 3x GP Test E 250, 2x GP Test P 100, 2x Tren Ace 100, 3x Anavar, Arimidex, Clomid, Nolva, and Cabergoline.

I ordered April 13th and had the gear May 3rd.

Stuff was LEGIT. I started Test E and Test P for the first 2 weeks and felt the Test P by day 4, strength wise. Added Tren and damn, strength up, vascularity up, definition through the roof. No bad pins the entire time. Some bloat initially but added arimidex and once I started the Tren no more bloat.

So good. No sides, but my libido was too high in reflection, worse than when I was a teen. My wife is still mad at me for trying to force it 24/7.

I wanted to continue the cycle so I ordered another Test E, 2x Primo 100, and 10 packs of T3 on June 15th.

Money picked up June 17, order shipped June 21.

I still have not gotten it. It's been 41 days.

I went to the Post Office and they tracked it on their intranet and said it has been in New York since June 23 and there is no movement. They refused to give me any documentation on it so I have nothing to give to Naps as proof. Extremely frustrated with this. They aren't even going to re-ship at this point.

Even though my first experience was so great, I cannot recommend Naps at this time. I have had to turn to alternative sources twice now for T3; it's more expensive and I'm sure not as good as GP, but at least I received what I paid for.

8/22/16 UPDATE:
I received a letter from customs saying an envelope of anabolic steriods had been seized coming to my address, etc. etc. It's been over two months since I placed my order. I have reached out to Naps, and they explained what to do so I have sent them the documentation with the specific order data written on it so they re-ship it for me. I am hoping that they send me something additional this time around to compensate for never receiving my order and what I am sure will be at least another 3 weeks of waiting if it arrives at all.

Based on other reviews written about orders placed at the time of mine, it sounds like they had a distribution center that was performing poorly in the packaging department, and while some people received their orders late despite of that, I was not so lucky.

I will update with the outcome.

8/25/16 UPDATE

Naps agreed to reship but warned I may be flagged and my order won't be guaranteed to not be seized again. I cancelled the order and they gave me a credit for the full amount.

First time ordering from naps and so far the experience has been horrible. ordering was the easy part and getting the money received. when it came to shipping they are stating they have ran into an issue with cust and warehouse. not sure which one or if both are the issue. I have no had any trouble with customer service or them responding to me. they did advise me that "all orders will be able to ship Thursday or Friday" assuming the rep said "will" this should be a 100%. i have herd great things about naps and the products so i was excited but now my patients are running thin. hopefully naps gets it together. i would love to leave good feed back and reccom.

I placed an order over a month ago and Naps split it up into three packages all three coming from different countries. I rec'd two of the three about week three. Can't complain about the product. However the 3rd which was the most important and by far the most expense has not came yet and Naps has not been returning my e-mails.

This was my first purchase with naps. I placed a small order for some Winny tabs just as a feeler to see how good the whole process went. Sent payment on 9th of July. Payment was picked up 4 days later. Still have not received my order and it is the 25th today. I have placed a couple tickets to customer support and most of the time they were fairly quick to respond but provided very vague details and responses to my questions and concerns. Besides this month long glitch Naps claims to be having, every other aspect of the ordering process has been great. Naps claims warehouse/shipping situation has been resolved and pending orders wil be shipped this week. I hope this is the case so I can right a good review and continue shopping with them.

I have placed many orders with naps but recently they have gone down hill. I ordered sust and some cut mix I have not received my order from June 2016. There customer support is useless i can not get any help from them and they will not give me any info about my order. I would advise to stay away until they get there sh*t together.

first order I had was sust 350X2 but it had gotten seized. they reshipped in no time possible with express shipping. taking the product right now and its great. I gained over 15 pounds in 4 weeks with my diet.
on my second order I purchased order some clomid, dbol, hcg, and arimidex with naps. my money has still not been picked up after a week and a half and I did express shipping. my messages have never been ansered

Got a mixed bag of stuff from naps, pretty much satisfied with everything

This was my first time ordering from naps due to their good rating and fast shipping for some products. I sent my payment on my order about a little over a month ago. However, my order was cancelled and prompted to send the money to a different receiver. That was okay for me since people like to be safe. I called the payment method's agent location, and lo and behold, my money was picked up already a couple days before my order was even cancelled. I was unable to receive a refund since the money had already been picked up. I contacted naps billing department and was asked for a proof. I contacted the payment method agent location asking for a transaction history, then I gladly sent the transaction history to the billing department that had the proof of when and where the receiver picked up the money. At this point, I was starting to worry that I might have been scammed but thought the transaction history was enough for them to fix things out. Naps told me to wait until they fix the problem. I sent them multiple tickets asking for an update and was told to keep waiting. After about a month, I contacted them again for an update. This time, it was a different response. They told me that they were unable to find any payment information regarding my order in their system and in the payment method's agent history. I called the payment location to see if my transaction history is still there, and of course the transaction history is gone. Naps literally waited out until my transaction history had been cleared out to tell me that they couldn't find any history of my payment. I still have the proof of my transaction history in my computer that shows when, where, and who picked up my money.

This is my second order. First was with no problem, i ordered gp test prop,arimidex,proviron and all came in 17 days to europe.
My second order hasn't even shipped (from 10.july)
Gp test prop, nolva,clomid, hcg.
They offered me as the others 30% of next order and they assured me that the order will leave from another location and i should be patient for tracking number. After a week the order has not been shipped and they said i can cancel the order and make a new order and they will credit me the amount i already paid. And so I did and the other agent in live chat claims this is not true and I could not cancel an order.

Currently i don't recommend anyomen to make an order because of the troubles they have with customs as they told me. There are some other resources on eroids with good reviews i will try.
Naps dissapointed me.

I am a repeat customer now with napsgear and absolutely recommend them. Delivery has been excellent, faster than promised and packaged very well, offer various brands to price shop from, weekly vote to put a product on sale, very user friendly. Easy and willing to help, and I will absolutely stick with them.

I've ordered from naps multiple times with little to no issues and this was the first time I ran into one.
I ordered a vial of dragon Pharma sust 350 because it was time to try sust and hearing all the rant about this Pharma , I was curious. I got the vial in in the right amount of time. The first show didn't go in very smooth and I had a pretty bad Pip. I've never really had a pip before , maybe I've been pretty lucky. Second shot, it was painful almost immediately after I was done pinning. The third shot, I could feel my arm burning AS I was injecting. I emailed naps . They asked where I was injecting and to try different areas... Of course I was trying different areas! I was starting to run out because my whole body was so sore from this stuff I could barely move.. I knew something wasn't right. The stuff was either bunk or had a very high amount of bacteria. So they said they reshipped it... But when I checked tracking , it look like it just never got here. I never got a letter from customs or anything.. It just looked like it came to the state I lived in and just stopped there. So they offered to reship but warned me it could be seized again... Although I don't know if that's what really happened the other time. This was 3 weeks ago when they said they reshipped that one vial and it STILL says paid/ processing. This screws up my entire cycle . I'm disappointed because I have left good reviews and supported this company for a good 4 years and over one vial, I feel like I should be taken care of a little better than this.

I've been using naps for years. I've never had an issue. The gear has always been effective. The orders always land in 2-3 weeks. This time is not the case. They picked up funds on June 24, it's now been an entire month and they have not shipped it yet even. They keep giving me the run around and saying it'll ship on certain dates then it never does. Over 700$ down the drain.

Something is up with NAPSGear.

on the 3rd of July I paid for 8-10 day shipping. Still havent received my order. It says that I got my order semi shipped (A-dex, Nolva, Clomid, HCG) but I still havent received anything.. When I order the cycle which was some Test E and Tren A it says it was in stock but when I check a week later it says now 'out of stock'. Also, when I try to use the tracking number they provided I cannot find any postal that uses it and I tried romanian, Czech, European, Russian, Greek agencies... So I'm not sure if the tracking # is legit either

Worst of all the help button or contact us feature isnt working. "Error 503". so I have been trying for 1 week to get in contact with them but to no avail. Just for the record I am an extremely loyal Naps customer, over $5,000 in PO, and Im just a hobbyist, There is no hate, I am not mad, I would just like to get this resolved and get in contact with someone from Naps. HELP!

I turned to eroids to read reviews on companies prior to ordering my first cycle. I'm a pretty cautious person in general, so all of the reviews that I read carried a lot of weight. That said, Napsgear had the best reviews, and when it appeared like a client had an issue with their order, a naps rep responded to them on here to resolve the issue. Taking all of that into account, and not to mention that they carry the highest reviewed brands on eroids, too, made this a comfortable decision.

After lots of research, I decided to go with the following 12 week cycle:
1-12 Test E (250 mg 2x per week)
3-12 Adex (.5 mg EOD)
14-18 Clomid PCT (100/50/50/50)
All of the above were Geneza Pharm products)

Everything was shipped to me within 2 weeks. Much faster than I anticipated. Everything that I read about the way test makes you feel (alpha male, well being, energy, etc.) and the results were AMAZING! I'm now 16 weeks post cycle - again, my first cycle. I went from 205-230, and I'm now sitting at a very solid 222-225. I'll definitely use naps again and soon!

Great company, I will be using again when I need products that aren't available domestically. ( let it be known my order was made around 01/2016 ) it took about 3-4 weeks to arrive.

I have 3 orders pending with them ordered i ordered 5/27/16 they shipped the order was seized alot of back and forth bs to get them to re ship supposedly they ship but u cant even track the orders none of the tracking numbers are valid 2nd order was 6/21/16 and 3rd order was 6/27/16 i paid for the "express" shipping they have not shipped the orders they did not even warn u on there site they are having issues but they happily collect your money
not getting anywhere with the support they keep claiming customs issue that they will ship soon they said 7/13 they would ship its 7/22 they still have not shipped there saying maybe August
i would not recommend naps right now they offer 10% first now 30% for next order but how am i going to make more orders been waiting almost a month they have not even shipped not worth the wait

I think it's been the better part of a year since I last purchased items from Naps and I normally would not "wait" so long with writing a review, but in this case I really had no choice because of some serious issues I have faced in my private life but the details of which I shall not bore you with. Let me instead move right ahead and write the review I would have written at least 10 months ago...

I have never ordered from Naps before, but given their high rating and reviews, their great prices, and their full-stock store, i decided to give them a try. I ordered via Bitcoin and got their 20% off which was awesome! It was an easy process to order and place payment.
I placed my order on the 25th of June.
Had I known it would be nearly a month later and the order wouldn't ship, I certainly would not have ordered from them,
I have contacted them twice. The first time I was told that my order would be shipping that week (it didn't). The second time I politely asked for a refund and was told that I could get 30% off my next order. I said that isn't exactly what I asked for. The customer service rep responded with "we can only give you store credit".
I hope I receive my order. But whether I do or not, I will not be ordering from them again.
I do not recommend ordering from them.
I think it is bad business practice to still claim orders will ship within their normal 10-12 days, when in reality, they are clearly having some sort of issue.

I placed my order on June 24th and payment was picked up the next day. It is now July 20th and the order STILL has not shipped. I've emailed them several times and they have even given me dates of when the order would ship and it never did. I was also told of the customs issues but after seeing this many people with this issue I'm thinking I'm not going to be getting my order so I'll be ordering from a more reliable source. Luckily for me this wasn't a big order, I feel bad for those of you who are missing large orders that you can't just easily replace. It would be nice to see NAPS respond to all these messages instead of still collecting peoples money on the basis that they will receive their order in 10-12 days (if at all, who knows?)

UPDATE.... It appears their shipping issues may have been resolved...
Attention NapsGear is having delivery issues... I ordered 4 products on 6/21/16... Have not received full order as yet... 3 items have not even shipped yet... 1 item shipped from another country...

Been ordering from naps for more than 4 years now and it's the only place that I honestly trust & Yes I have tried other sources.

Always fast shipping, and they have the best of the best gear. Naps Keeps giving me what I need to create and compose the results and body that I want, without them I would have not gotten very far. Thank you naps.

I ordered near the end of June, and still item is marked as not shipped. Went through the usual protocol of placing a ticket after having a live chat. I've used NAPS several times in the past, without this much of a delay. Don't know if it's just a fluke thing or what? Will update

***UPDATE-My item appears to have left the station. I have a tracking number. It took 23 days to ship.

I've used this source for longer than any other source and I have not been disappointed. My first time ordering with them I was skeptical. but took my chances and I've been ordering from him for certain products ever since. They have been in the game for a while.

Ordered July 3rd and and product still has not shipped. Claiming custom issues. Was told the order was being sent to another warehouse on the 14th and still no tracking number.

Update- order shipped on aug 5th and I received the package on aug 12th. Items were all accounted fit and wrapped tight. Now that I know naps will come through I think I'll try them again and see if they honor the 30% discount. Will update product effectiveness after i run it.

My first time ordering any type of gear online. I was very impressed. My order came quickly (as quickly as can be expected for this sort of thing) the product was awesome. I'm already putting together another order this week. I will continue to use them as long as I keep getting this good of service.
