This is my 3rd order from naps. The other 2 are still not shipped after a month. And i get every 2 weeks an automated message that there are sorry and that they have a problem with their warehouse in Moldova.
This is getting really annoying, They might have the best prices when paid with bitcoin (20% off) but this time i can't recommend anyone buying from them.

Communication is very bad, a lot of automated response, if you get throught the online chat you get either an automated response or they will tell you that your order is already in the warehouse preparing to ship for weeks over and over again.
First of all, I have ordered from naps several times over the past couple years and they have always come through in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately I am experiencing the same issues now as other reviewers. I made my order mid July. Received a partial order of provigil that was shipped from India, but all of my other gear has not arrived. First admin said it was a customs issue, then now they say the issue isn't resolved and would issue a store credit. I'd rather just get my gear since a store credit is useless If They can't ship me my gear! I'd hold off for a while on orders to see if they can get their business back together.

It pains me to leave this review, and I will amend it the day my item is shipped, but I paid the funds 3 to 4 weeks ago and my items still have not been shipped. The reason that the customer service rep gave was that customs was cracking down on them, which might be true so I'll give them benefit of the doubt.
Ive left 2 great reviews for Naps in the past. I have always received my orders in exactly 21 days to the US. I have placed over 20 orders with Naps in the past 4 years and never had an issue. Thats why I am troubled by this recent turn of events. The Day my items ship I will delete this negative review!!!!!

-1I have ordered from naps over 25 times. Ive had a few times that postal issues caused the delay. Never has it been naps fault. This time i ordered on 6/26. I have emailed them, got the same message others have got. PM them here- no reponse. My prodoucts are oregon karachi sus 250. And geneza proviron. My package got changed to shipped 8/6. Will update when i recieve package. They have always made good in the past. So im sure my package will arrive soon. Update....recieved my order 8/12/16. Packaged great. Everything intact! Naps came thru like akways!!!

Communication was automated for the most part but quick and good.
It was packed very discrete and safe!
Overall the products and communication were great. Strength went up, sex drive was rising, skin getting cleaner, and the muscles grew fast.
BUT as for now I do not recommend shopping there because I have been waiting for my last order for over an month now.....again tho that's just me and a couple others, some have been receiving their orders with no problem!
Ordered on June 20th have been given the same runaround as all the other posts here.
I did order my PCT separately with some pins, those products shipped immediately and were delivered within a very rapid timeframe, i think it was less than 11 days.

Communication and support were great. One of the packages arrived a broken vial of primo. I contacted naps about it and responding right away and said they would be shipping me out a replacement. Replacement arrived and they replaced the broken primo 100 vial with a vial of 200mg/ml which was cool.
I have always had good T/A with Naps. This was no different about 14 days. The replacement vial they sent me got here even quicker in about a week. Was kind of dissapointed in how they packed all the vials. I can't give out to much info but let's just say it was pretty pathetic. The worst packaging I have ever seen from Naps. I am surprised that only 1 vial broke. Surprised this package didn't get picked apart by customs since the broken vial left a big old grease stain all over the outside of the package. It also sucked because now all the other vials were all greasy and the labels would slip right off of them.
Always a great selection from NAPS and I have always been satisfied with the quality.

+ 2This is a review for the Tbol only I received from the killit promo. Will review var again another time I have reviewed gp var before. Tbol was awesome for me, example,Deadlift went from 335 to 375 by end of cycle. Chest strength increased also .Pumps were insane, shoulders looked crazy after some shoulder workouts. Looking a bit vascular and more defined while using. It was actually a great spring/summer run. I only used 5mg a day at 10wks. I did not want to push it with a higher mg. since it was my first time using this.
Sides: I got a few pimples here and there in my back while on cycle that was annoying to me because I usually do not have a problem with Backne. I also did not have that problem with var.
Other side: very light period, var has little effect on that for me.
Monitored bold pressure throughout was always normal.
No other sides to report except some minor headaches at first. No increase in libido.

Packaging was on point and confidential. Wrapped tight. Nothing broken, crushed etc! T/A for this order was around three weeks after shipping. That was the longest yet from this source.
Overall I would run Tbol again but it won't be for a while or if I plan on doing a powerlifting comp I think I would use this (Tbol) over the var. I did like the strength increase and the more defined look . Stuff was no joke!
I ordered near the end of June, and still item is marked as not shipped. Went through the usual protocol of placing a ticket after having a live chat. I've used NAPS several times in the past, without this much of a delay. Don't know if it's just a fluke thing or what? Will update

Communication was there and Naps did not avoid my messages. Having gone through a similar issue with them several years ago, I knew not to freak out , because in the end, they came through and took care of everyone.
T/A was awful in this rare occasion. Packaging was excellent.
Do not freak out. Naps is the real deal. From my experience, it may take some time , but Naps always seems to come through.

Second time ordering from NAPS and very disappointed with the delay in shipping the items. I paid by bitcoin so they received the money as soon as the order was placed.
Still waiting a month after the order and it has not been shipped, customer service is quick enough to respond but you mostly get copy and paste responses.

I've been customer of naps for almost 8yrs now I have had some problems this isn't a buisiness that always goes smooth but Naps has always made sure that everything I have ever ordered has made it to me no matter what the situation was. I will always be a customer of naps especially for all my pharma grade products. I have always gotten my pharma products from naps but this batch of bayer testoviron I had authenticated by bayer themselves to be authentic. I never had doubts but its nice to have that piece of mind.

communication with naps in my opinion is great you just put in a ticket and you get an answer, About as simple as it gets. There staff is always extremely friendly with me and i'm on a first name basis with one employee that is the one who answers my tickets and also the naps rep hear on eroids is a great guy that has helped me on multiple occasions also.
Every pac I have ever gotten has been packed amazingly. I would never be able to pick out the package that had my pac in it if you were to put 3 in front of me. Its so inconspiculous its great never had a love letter in all 8yrs. I believe i'm very lucky to have never gotten one but it also shows that its very stealth even large orders.
I will always be a naps customer until they let me down and I truly believe that will never happen.
During this cycle I gained 16lbs total over the 12 wks I was using the test nearing the end of my pct holding 8lbs I think is good and I believe it could be better but thats me and my diet not any of the gear I used because all of it did exactly what I expected from it. From the great gains in strength even with me recovering from a ruptured bicep. I was bulking and leaned out so good I started at 200lbs and was gaining size losing bf% and putting on muscle. I could only have asked for another 4lbs of muscle I will work on gaining in my next cycle.
I have read great reviews for Naps. However, the customer service seems to be automated when you submit a ticket if you get a response at all. I've basically received the same response 3 out of 4 times. I was constantly told there was an issue in Moldova and product would be shipped from a different location, then offered % off my next order. I'm only interested in receiving my current order before ordering again from them. I ordered on 6/22. For the guys who are interested in a great domestic source, RP4U is spot on. Delivery is fast and product is legit. Great communication as well. You will receive your order. Don't gamble with your hard earned money. You always take a chance at not receiving when you order overseas. However, I would do business with Naps from time to time if I ever receive my current order in full. I would only order in small amounts though. This is due to products being great but taking a risk at not receiving. Hope this helps anyone thinking about using Naps.

Horrible. It seems to be an automated message sent to you after submitting a ticket. Depending on the "priority" of your ticket, they offer a certain % off your next order. However, no one in their right mind would place another order after only partially receiving the previous one. After specifying this 4 different times, they have stopped responding. I have been told all 4 times that my package would be shipped but it never was. Was also told on the last response that they would send from a different warehouse location. That never happened either.
Packaging is great......if you receive it.
This review is for my two experiences involving napsgear. My first order was in April 2015 and everything went smoothly until it was shipped. It was held in New York for about a month before I contacted napsgear and they helped me by shipping a new package and I needed a new name and address. After figuring that out my package was shipped in about a week and included:
2 10 ml vials Test Cyp
1 package of Arimidex
1 package of Danabol
The products were very effective as I could feel the Danabol working from the start and ended up going from 185 to 215 in 10 weeks. Unfortunately I didn't research PCT and lost most of my gains coming off, which leads me to my next cycle.
My second time ordering was April 2016 and I received my package two weeks later with everything I ordered:
3 vials Test E
2 packages Danabol
2 packages Aromasin
1 package Nolva
Again the Dbol was great and the Aromasin worked well too as it crashed my E in week 3 of my cycle. The Test didn't seem as strong as the first time even though I upped the dose, but I still felt strong and gained some decent muscle mass 190-215 in 12 weeks. The Nolva has been great too and my testes have swollen back to regular size and I didn't experience the depression/loss of appetite/no motivation I experienced my first time.

When I had my problem they were very friendly and helped to resolve it quickly.
The reshipped first order and my second order came within two weeks in discreet packaging where everything was bubble wrapped tightly.
I ordered 3x GP Test E 250, 2x GP Test P 100, 2x Tren Ace 100, 3x Anavar, Arimidex, Clomid, Nolva, and Cabergoline.
I ordered April 13th and had the gear May 3rd.
Stuff was LEGIT. I started Test E and Test P for the first 2 weeks and felt the Test P by day 4, strength wise. Added Tren and damn, strength up, vascularity up, definition through the roof. No bad pins the entire time. Some bloat initially but added arimidex and once I started the Tren no more bloat.
So good. No sides, but my libido was too high in reflection, worse than when I was a teen. My wife is still mad at me for trying to force it 24/7.
I wanted to continue the cycle so I ordered another Test E, 2x Primo 100, and 10 packs of T3 on June 15th.
Money picked up June 17, order shipped June 21.
I still have not gotten it. It's been 41 days.
I went to the Post Office and they tracked it on their intranet and said it has been in New York since June 23 and there is no movement. They refused to give me any documentation on it so I have nothing to give to Naps as proof. Extremely frustrated with this. They aren't even going to re-ship at this point.
Even though my first experience was so great, I cannot recommend Naps at this time. I have had to turn to alternative sources twice now for T3; it's more expensive and I'm sure not as good as GP, but at least I received what I paid for.
8/22/16 UPDATE:
I received a letter from customs saying an envelope of anabolic steriods had been seized coming to my address, etc. etc. It's been over two months since I placed my order. I have reached out to Naps, and they explained what to do so I have sent them the documentation with the specific order data written on it so they re-ship it for me. I am hoping that they send me something additional this time around to compensate for never receiving my order and what I am sure will be at least another 3 weeks of waiting if it arrives at all.
Based on other reviews written about orders placed at the time of mine, it sounds like they had a distribution center that was performing poorly in the packaging department, and while some people received their orders late despite of that, I was not so lucky.
I will update with the outcome.
8/25/16 UPDATE
Naps agreed to reship but warned I may be flagged and my order won't be guaranteed to not be seized again. I cancelled the order and they gave me a credit for the full amount.

First time ordering from naps and so far the experience has been horrible. ordering was the easy part and getting the money received. when it came to shipping they are stating they have ran into an issue with cust and warehouse. not sure which one or if both are the issue. I have no had any trouble with customer service or them responding to me. they did advise me that "all orders will be able to ship Thursday or Friday" assuming the rep said "will" this should be a 100%. i have herd great things about naps and the products so i was excited but now my patients are running thin. hopefully naps gets it together. i would love to leave good feed back and reccom.

Poor. When it was time to get my money the communication was fine. When it came time to find out what is going on with shipping, where is my package, etc. they disappear.

This was my first purchase with naps. I placed a small order for some Winny tabs just as a feeler to see how good the whole process went. Sent payment on 9th of July. Payment was picked up 4 days later. Still have not received my order and it is the 25th today. I have placed a couple tickets to customer support and most of the time they were fairly quick to respond but provided very vague details and responses to my questions and concerns. Besides this month long glitch Naps claims to be having, every other aspect of the ordering process has been great. Naps claims warehouse/shipping situation has been resolved and pending orders wil be shipped this week. I hope this is the case so I can right a good review and continue shopping with them.

I have placed many orders with naps but recently they have gone down hill. I ordered sust and some cut mix I have not received my order from June 2016. There customer support is useless i can not get any help from them and they will not give me any info about my order. I would advise to stay away until they get there sh*t together.

+ 1This was my first time ordering from naps due to their good rating and fast shipping for some products. I sent my payment on my order about a little over a month ago. However, my order was cancelled and prompted to send the money to a different receiver. That was okay for me since people like to be safe. I called the payment method's agent location, and lo and behold, my money was picked up already a couple days before my order was even cancelled. I was unable to receive a refund since the money had already been picked up. I contacted naps billing department and was asked for a proof. I contacted the payment method agent location asking for a transaction history, then I gladly sent the transaction history to the billing department that had the proof of when and where the receiver picked up the money. At this point, I was starting to worry that I might have been scammed but thought the transaction history was enough for them to fix things out. Naps told me to wait until they fix the problem. I sent them multiple tickets asking for an update and was told to keep waiting. After about a month, I contacted them again for an update. This time, it was a different response. They told me that they were unable to find any payment information regarding my order in their system and in the payment method's agent history. I called the payment location to see if my transaction history is still there, and of course the transaction history is gone. Naps literally waited out until my transaction history had been cleared out to tell me that they couldn't find any history of my payment. I still have the proof of my transaction history in my computer that shows when, where, and who picked up my money.
