Hey IM new to all of this .I ordered on july 1 paid and processing on july 5 still hasn't shipped said customs control is under strict review so they said new shipping date was july 13 its the 17th still hasn't shipped. so I see im not the only one they done this too. They said they would give me 30 %discount on next order. Have they always been like this, or am I getting the run around?

Just would like my order naps
I've placed my order mid June and my money was refunded because the receiver got flagged. I put in another order and worse the money trough money gram. My funds were received 10 days ago. I emailed the support site, asked why my order hasn't been shipped yet, and was told it is in the ware house and is being shipped within 3 days. Well this did not happen and when I emailed them again I got the same wavy automated response.
I've never had any trouble with naps and always got my orders within 3 weeks, but after seeing all these reviews about people not getting they're orders I'm starting to doubt they're reliability.

I recently experienced a gyno flare up due to some bunk arimidex from another source. Knowing I needed help soon, I went to the most reliable source I know; napsgear. I ordered what I call the "gyno killer" stack, Raloxifene, Stanzolol, and Letrozole. I was in pretty bad shape by the time the products arrived. My nipples were hurting and visibly swollen, and the lumps were growing fast. As soon as I got the stuff I started my regimen;
Raloxifene 60mg/ed
Letrozole 1.5-2.5mg/ed
Winstrol 2.5-5mg/ed
These three products completely stopped the pain and growth of the lumps, and shrunk them as well. Of course some of the size returned after I stopped the cycle, but that is inevitable.

Communication was not great, replies to tickets took days and No reply to pm's sent
T/A was 2 months. The products were in 4 count blister packs, two of which had broken the seal on the pack, however the pills were still in place and intact.
Naps is obviously having some problems, and I hope they regroup, But the product is top notch.
I have only tried research chem Sildenafil Citrate until now, and that shit is a green M&M compared to this!

Been ordering from naps for the past year. Made 12 orders and spend over 6k with them and never had a problem until my last order which I haven't received.
Placed my order on 6/24 and hasn't shipped yet. I've contacted them and they keep giving me the run around and promising it gonna ship on a certain date and doesn't ship. They gave 30% of my next order for them not shipping withing the time they say they would.
Lost a customer after this naps. Careful guys don't get jacked for 850$ like me.

Hi, I have placed 2 orders from Naps. The first was about 3 months ago and everything went smooth. I paid with bitcoin and got the nice 20% off discount. My order arrived in about 2 weeks and came in 2 separate shipments which had me concerned but the second shipment came a couple days later so it was all good. There was no complications with payment or shipping. The only annoyance was that a couple days after I placed my order the dianabol went 50% off. So that sucked.

The second order I placed was during the Maha sale and has been a complete nightmare. The first part was my fault as I spelled Cristian as Christian so that caused a week delay, but after I resent the payment and payed another $17 processing fee and much delay they said I had to send proof of payment which was annoying then after I did that they told me I had to change the name AGAIN to a different person even though the name I sent to was the name they gave me. They said it was because of security reasons. Every time I talked to someone it was a new person until I finally got what I think is the worst service agent I have ever dealt with (her name is Karen). She responds promptly but only in 1 sentence and doesn't explain anything, and the problem is never solved on the first email. Unwilling to pay ANOTHER $17 Western Union fee to change the name which was not my fault I requested to pay for the order with bitcoin which is free after numerous emails the order was changed to bitcoin, but the order status was "cancelled" when it was supposed to be pending. After multiple emails it was finally changed to pending, but the price was changed to the non sale amount. The whole reason I placed the order was to take advantage of the 50% off Maha Pharma sale. Long story short, but this has been a nearly 2 month nightmare and I still am not even able to pay for the order that I placed (and paid for) over a month ago.
Bottom line is they gotta step up their customer service game. I had to place an order in the meantime from another source (which went smoothly by the way). This has messed up all my planning and screwed up an entire cycle and cost me a lot of extra money. More money than I would have saved by getting the actual sale price. The list of annoyances with this order is too long to list here and I left part of it out. If you read the email exchanges you would be amazed.
The prices and sales are good (if you can actually get the sale price), the shipping is fast, just hope that you don't have any complications because dealing with their inept customer service agents has been a horrible, lengthy, and costly process. I wasn't even asking for anything but they did offer me a measly 10% discount but only after I place 2 more orders. It was insulting frankly.

I've been in the iron game for 3decades with success as a top level competitor in the early 2000's.
Even though its been a long time since competing I've kept in good to great shape and now that I have NAPS to fulfill a good portion of my supplementation I may even have to consider a comeback as a master.
My first online order several years ago with another company sucked as it got hung up and no one responded for reorder-refund emails.
I was pissed but luckily found an alternative route through clinics but of course you won't get all that you are looking for much less it be reasonably priced.
I bit he bullet with NAPS late last year and was ECSTATIC to get the first shipment with no issues and amazing product.

This was my first time ever ordering online. I was very nervous about this. Naps made this process very easy from the jump. There customers service was amazing! I had a lot of silly questions which were all answered within 24 hours of me sending the email.Which really stood out to me was the professionalism of the responses. They were not simple yes and no answers, the person really took the time out to make me feel better about the situation and explain everything. This help put my anxiety to rest! Naps gives you options of how you want your package shipped. I was notified that the choice i had made was currently unavailable, and they would have to ship a different way. They said the delivery time would be the same (which it was) and for the inconvenience in this would give me some free product (which it was not inconvenient). I though this really went to show the professionalism Naps offers, if something does not go 100% according to plan, they go above and beyond to make it right!
The package was very discrete. I was very surprised how quick the package got here. I had been following the tracking when it first left, and since i figured it would be a few weeks had not checked in a few days. I cannot really comment on this, I did not need to use communication with naps.
T/A was long, as expected though. Packaging was very basic, as to be expected from a larger scale source. This was an international order, to one of the tougher locations to get packages to. A long wait was expected. I grabbed A LOT of the the GP anavar from naps quite some time ago when it was the "product of the week" and 50% off. Even being from a location where it was probably about a 50/50 chance the package would make it I just could not pass up such a good price on quality anavar.
I would order more often if it wasn't such a crap shoot with my customs. Great source with great products. Will order again when the "product of the week" is something of interest.

I wanted to drop a review on my experience with Napsgear. Shipping was discreet and within a reasonable time. Packages came in separate orders within a couple days of one another.
Products were all Geneza Pharm which I have become a fan of and seems to work well with me regular and consistently.

Gained 23lbs lean mass, strength through the roof, no gyno problems. Was a little sensitive around week 4. In the past I have felt the emotional roller coaster with tren but Geneza seems to feel a lot more tolerable compared to Dragon or British Pharm.
As for Napsgear product availably... Awesome! Lab tested products and feel a lot safer with using their product versus the guy from the gym. You never know and this is our bodies.
I have always been able to contact customer support via live operator online or via email. Give them a shot if you like and I think you will be happy as I have over the years.

So I did a Video Log for napsgear. The name of the log is called Gyno 101, you can watch my videos on their website and ask questions if needed. I have used this site many times and they always came through except for this last experience I have had. Napsgear gave me free product for compensation for the videos. I choose to buy Hygetropin HGH which I have used from the past and tested everytime. They have always tested good. However, the kits I received this time were not good at all. My guess is that they were left in heat or something cause I trust the intentions of napsgear. I tested 1 of the kits for IGF1 levels and growth serum levels. Ive done this test many times before. You must inject 10iu 3 hous before blood being drawn. The tests came back bad with no increase. I emailed napsgear and they said to wait a while and test again which really didn't make sense to me since I know that the first test was accurate. So I wasted the money again to test it and same results. I emailed napsgear and they said basically there was nothing they can do. I was willing to send back all the kits on my dime just to prove I wasn't making this up for free hgh. They never responded. I still have the kits because Im not going to inject anything that hasn't been proven to be potent. I have usually been happy with them but I don't understand why they couldn't get the manufacturer to send it. If they see this post and want to rectify it, then I will change my perception and assume it was a misunderstanding. If not , I wasted a lot of time making videos and money testing the hygetropin. I will keep notifying you guys of the updates regardless if they are positive or negative.

I found naps gear from this site due to having a bad exp from alins. I have made 6 orders totaling $2456 since mar16 lol. It's a long story but I am unemployed since nov15 made a good order from alin but super bad pip itching swelling so I trashed all my stealth gear. I planned to only doe a 12-15 week cycle while jobless but i never got a job had alot of free time so I kept extending my cycles and experimented with different gear or buying ancillaries I didn't know I'd need from some sides. Been on cycle for about 25wks and will be coming off in a week cuz I got a job!!! lol I'll wait 4-6months and do another cycle through winter.

I started using a bitcoin app Circle that you link your bank card to and you transfer funds they show up immediately (bank accnt takes 3-4days) and through naps you save 20% and speeds up process by 2-3 days plus you save from having to western union money! You have to send a couple bucks extra due to bitcoin conversion rates. I stated before my cycle has been a patched together mishmash and I bought alot of gear I haven't used yet. I sold my sports car and had a huge chunk of money that I bought gear with I would buy a couple vials then a couple more due to job staus staying the same! I plan on doing a pct during my move new job and when done will start a trt dose of cyp 1ml wk like a cruise i'm 45 so trt with hygetropin 4iu's for about 3-4 months off cycle for repair work and if it is legit will use it through next cycle and beyond! Next cycle will be sus, deca, oxy 1-7, sus, deca(1-12), tri tren 8-16. I hit the gym and do about an 1.5hrs and try to hit each muscle group with 3-4 exercises for each muscle grp. I do chest and arms, back and traps, legs and shoulders then take a day off lately two.

Communication was ok. I say only ok because the first rep I dealt with was not being very friendly. Had an issue with some crystallization in all of the test prop I ordered. Rep tells me to heat it up. Ok. Did that. Why is it yellow? No thanks, I want crystal clear, please. Wouldn't do it at first. Only after receiving my second package and one of the EQ I ordered was cracked and spilled all over the rest of the other products. After showing that and having that dealt with, I noticed someone else must have reshipped the test p (8 total) along with the one EQ that was cracked upon arrival.
T/A was good. Usually is. Only had one long wait for an order during February of last year. Packaging is usually good, too. Only this one order had an issue. It was quickly corrected, no hassle. Was pleased to receive the fresh and clear test prop, along with the replaced EQ. That made me a continued big supporter.
Naps made sure to take care of me. That's all I expect. If they did not, I would not be ordering again. Simple as that. I'm ordering asap.
Naps has always looked like a legitimate well-reviewed site. I know people who've use them for their muscle needs and have had great success. One of my friends gained about 30lbs of muscle with the aid of their products. They seem to sell great products. I would recommend them when it comes to those products.

Communication was good when I was trying to contact customer support about the ETA on my package. But when I complained about the effectiveness of the "modafin", the response time was slow as snails (months to get a response). Its not worth my time ($37) to check my mailbox everyday to only get a response once every 4 weeks.

You get what you pay for. At $37 I'm not surprised it didn't work. When the real stuff costs upwards of $650, $37 is a sugar pill. The real stuff costs about $37 for one pill.
