+ 1 Training with what you have
Well today I had to skip the gym there was a tennis turny there and it was flooded with yuppie types and hippies ( fucking hippies) anyhoo do I came home pissed and it hit me I will work out with what I have in the garage and back yard.. Here was my work out
Empty oxygen tank from my torch ful size
5sets of 20 reps overhead press
5 sets of 10 arm curls
Portman cement bag placed in burlap sack
5sets of 10 hammer curls each arm
2 bags of cement in Burlap sack
5 sets of as many as I could do each time shrugs
Then moved to the back yard where I have a wooden picknick table
10 reps of grabbing the top part pressing it over your head walk one lap around the yard till you made 10 Laps (ok to set it down every lap)
Now I got some stares from my neighbors but honestly I got one heck of a work out . Moral is make due with what you have there is no excuse to miss you workouts
