The communication was great. Automatic email updates keeping me in the loop. Anytime I've ever had a question it was answered quickly.
Time was about the same as usual. 2-3 weeks which is typical and with product quality being so great it's well worth the wait. Packaging is discreet as always. Tightly wrapped and padded.

No communication needed but I always get automatic updates keeping me in the loop and if I ever have a question it gets answered quickly.
Time and arrival is usually 2-3 weeks which is pretty average and the packaging is always discreet. The time is well worth the wait though.

Second order from Naps and I am not satisfied with their service. My last order was split into two and I received a small part of it but the bulk of the order reached my country but was sent back by customs. My country is not listed as high-risk(no reship) destination on their website. I opened a ticket and their answer was: No reship and no refund but you are welcome to pay us again and let´s try again. I dont have any information why the package was sent back it could be that the address was wrong or something else. I think that it would have been just confiscated if the content had been found. But they are not willing to consider that it possible that they made a mistake. The first order was packaged not discreetly at all, the content would have easily been found with an x-ray and i suspect that the last package was the same if it got sent back because of the illegal content.
I will not shop from Naps again and I urge you to do the same if you live in a high-risk country or you suspect that you live in one because there is no real way to tell i guess.

Communication was good. My order was sent in two packages and the second one was delayed but I was able to communicate easily and they reassured me my package would arrive and it did within the week.
Packaging was great as always. Half my order took two weeks to arrive and the other half took 6 but that was not naps fault, had to do with hong kong post.
So far I have placed 3 orders with Naps and so far it's been an excellent experience! I had 1 minor issue with 1 of the orders getting snagged by US customs but Naps had no issue resending the order, within 5 business days I had it. The item took around 4 weeks from date of purchase to arrive.

I didn't need any excess communication other than purchasing the order. The money transfer went very smoothly and I found no reason to have to contact them further. Nice and easy process done right as it should be.
The packaging came in a neat and tight package of 2 with plenty of protective wrapping inside the envelope. The vials were also tapped together for safe transport.

Other than placing my order and receiving it, there was no further communication with Naps on this order as there was not need for it. However, I will say that in the past when I have had to communicate with Naps for whatever reason they have always been prompt to reply, rarely longer than 24 hours. I am pleased with the professionalism of Naps personal.

Ordered from naps for a second time. Shipping took up to a month on average. One time I failed to receive a shipment within a month but Naps support identified the problem and then issued me a new shipment which arrived in a timely manner. Just wanted to say Naps really do have amazing Customer Service. As I mentioned I live in a listed "difficult country" and they have a no reship policy as standard but despite this they still bent over backwards to help when a small part of my order went missing.
It was kind of my fault there was a cock-up with one of my orders because just as they were about to ship it, I contacted them and ask them to delay for personal reasons. They delayed it for me, but it caused all manner of confusion in their India shipping dept (again NOT their fault).
After a couple of whining and naggy emails from me, they reshipped and new discreet package arrived today!
I'm not saying they'll do this for everyone but I am reasonable big spending customer and - the part of the order that was missing - was a minuscule amount of money (around USD17) and I genuinely didn't receive it even though the India dept were convinced they'd sent it.

First Cycle I decided to start out with. I am 26 years old and started out weighing 210Lbs of pretty much fat, then I decided to diet and throw some cardio and dropped down to about 177Lbs and was lifting consistently. I began my cycle at 177Lbs and at the end of my cycle I jumped up to 193-196Lbs. I was a lot leaner and definitely noticed more vascularity. I noticed more shape and separation in my muscles, and the strength gains were very noticeable as well. I would definitely recommend this cycle if you are looking to start out somewhere to add some clean and natural looking gains. Total gains of approximately 15Lbs I was able to maintain after I completed the cycle. I've been off cycle for about 6 weeks now and I'm currently weighing 191Lbs.
