I bought an order from naps of 200€, was waiting over a month and got nothing, then found out customs had stopped it, after telling them they said they couldnt do anything and wouldnt help, also after already saying they would resend it after 30 days, they then said no there where no resend/refunds to my country, so I have lost 200€ and got nothing to show for, and they just done nothing about it at all, wouldnt trust them again..

TA to the west coast is always around 2-3 weeks. Not crazy fast but it's expected coming from the destination depending on what products you order. GENEZA products usually come to me in 6 days

OK GUYS!! Another order from Naps without fail. I have only ordered from these guys for the past year now with absolutely no issues ever!! My last order was:

All of which were the GP products. I have never found better gear from anywhere else and I've shopped around for a long time until I tried out these guys. Their gear is 100% legit and of high quality. I know you read these reviews trying to figure out who you want to use, especially you new guys. Look no further guys, new at this or veterans. If you give them a shot...lol you will not be disappointed! And that is only from my personal experience as well as a few pals I lift with, the ones who turned me on to Naps! Their Comms and support are out of this world. If you have a problem just contact them and you will normally hear back within the same day and they will do everything they can to make things right. With that being said, I've never had a problem with them and from my experience I don't expect you will either!
Packaging and T/A are less than 2 weeks to Florida, so I'd have to say excellent!!!
This is the third order that I have placed with NAPS Gear. I placed a small order to begin with (to make sure I wasn't being taken). That first order cam in quickly. I just ran my third cycle with them of Test, HGH, and Tren. In 2 weeks, I gained 17lbs. I usually have problems with my biceps growing, but with this last cycle, I have ripped 2 of my dress shirts just from flexing in natural movement! Sucks to lose a shirt, but a proud moment at the same time. My back has also become massive; back to the dress shirts, can't fit in them anymore. Definitely legit gear, definitely a loyal customer.

In this last order my GH got stuck at customs. It didn't move and eventually they determined it was seized. Contacted their customer support and within a few hours they got back to me; they looked into the situation and placed an order for a replacement. My replacement was sent out and received within 7 days after I notified them about it. There's even a "live operator" on the support page; speaks fluent english and was very helpful in expediting the entire process.
Packages come very well put together. I was afraid my vials would break or that my pills would be seized; but the vials were all in their original packaging and the outer package was very discrete and rigid. The pills come in a vacuumed pouch, so they don't make a sound whenever you get them Very discrete.

majority of product failed to be delivered and company swore at me and took no responsibility. Joke of a company in regards to customer service. Did not even come close to advertised shipping dates. They did not care and left me high and dry. Would definitely recommend taking your business else ware..

Second order from Naps and I am not satisfied with their service. My last order was split into two and I received a small part of it but the bulk of the order reached my country but was sent back by customs. My country is not listed as high-risk(no reship) destination on their website. I opened a ticket and their answer was: No reship and no refund but you are welcome to pay us again and let´s try again. I dont have any information why the package was sent back it could be that the address was wrong or something else. I think that it would have been just confiscated if the content had been found. But they are not willing to consider that it possible that they made a mistake. The first order was packaged not discreetly at all, the content would have easily been found with an x-ray and i suspect that the last package was the same if it got sent back because of the illegal content.
I will not shop from Naps again and I urge you to do the same if you live in a high-risk country or you suspect that you live in one because there is no real way to tell i guess.

Communication was good. My order was sent in two packages and the second one was delayed but I was able to communicate easily and they reassured me my package would arrive and it did within the week.
Packaging was great as always. Half my order took two weeks to arrive and the other half took 6 but that was not naps fault, had to do with hong kong post.
So far I have placed 3 orders with Naps and so far it's been an excellent experience! I had 1 minor issue with 1 of the orders getting snagged by US customs but Naps had no issue resending the order, within 5 business days I had it. The expiry date was end of June so got them at half price.
The item took around 4 weeks from date of purchase to arrive.
