communication a few months ago used to be very fast i would get a reply within a day or to. recently it has taken up to a week to get a reply by contacting them on a different board. this only happened since their sales. all of my questions and concerns are answered and matters are attended to so i really cant complain.
i have placed numerous orders with pharmacom all orders have been packaged very professionally and also very discretely when asked to do so. there have never been any shipping problems and once items are shipped they arrive within one week.

I feel very comfortable using there products. The orals are spot on, dbol works great for a simple boost. I packed some 15 pounds on with it but felt great. And it helped me to advance in my lifting. And the winny is great too. Took some weight off with it. And still lift heavy. Just got the Anavar so I will see how that works.

I received an answer to my messages. The reply however was not what I would consider "good customer service" in this situation.
Packaging was good an all items arrived un-harmed.
While I understand sometimes sh*t happens, I would expect they would offer to re-send a similar product. Instead their communications were to tell me to bad. Ur out 200.00 in so many words. I placed an order on March 6th. The product that I requested was Turinabl, 3 packs. I have order from these guys before so I figured there would be no issues. Communication was always great and I didn't have an issue receiving my stuff in the past. When I ordered on March 6th, my package got stuck in customs for about ten days. When I e-mailed D, he told me that USPS tracking has been down and my package would still come at some point. He kept me updated on getting the tracking number and when he received the money. The 22nd of March is when I e-mailed him about the tracking and only seeing that it was shipped from Europe a week or so before. This is when he told me the tracking system for USPS was down. I received a notification from my international shipping application on the 1st of April on my phone that the item was shipped back to Europe from NY. I e-mailed D and his response stated that I gave him the wrong address and pasted the address I put in my order. He also stated it was my fault and I could not get another package sent. THE ADDRESS WAS RIGHT. I RECEIVE ALL MY MAIL WITH THAT ADDRESS. I was very disappointed because I see theses guys get good reviews. He wont respond to me now and so I have to find a reliable source whos packging wont get caught.

Pharmacom store is just a very professional and quality store for anabolics. I like many people were just terrified to actually order anabolics online. Many people always talk about Darius but I would like to give some love out to the guy I dealt with whose name is Vladimir. He always responded back within a few hours or if I asked a question at night, by the time I woke up, I usually had a reply. As a 1st time buyer, Vladimir made me feel comfortable about the whole process and answered every question with courtesy and professionalism.
I made my order right around the beginning of the new year. T/A after payment went through was around 10-12 days. I had no complaints giving the fact that I live in the South East U.S. Packaging came in two separate packages a few days apart from each other which was very discreetly packaged. Pharmacom has this down to a science . No issues with any type of damage to the products.
I would let anyone know that If somebody wanted truly human grade quality type gear, they will not find a better store than Pharmacom.
