Just wonderig if any ones ever ran a cycle like this before and how was you strength and muscle gains
How much weight you gained
How strong did yous get
Did you enjoy the cycle

Sure looks like overkill. We need much more info to advise more (length of each compound, AI, pct, etc.).
12 week cycle
Anadrol first 4 weeks and last 4 weeks
Test e for 12 weeks
Tren e for 12 weeks
Eq for 12 weeks
Arimidex 1mg every other day
For pct id need advice on because ive never done a cycle this high before

Your 19nor duration is wrong, No mention of prolactin control... Cmon...
If you can't figure out what a proper PCT is... Then you SERIOUSLY need to go back to the drawing board and start learning the basics. You can't just mush shit together hoping it sticks and that one of us will patch it together and green light it.
My first cycle was 1 amp sustanon 250mg every week for 8 weeks
Thats the only cycle i ever got the sensitive nipple feeling where you feel something playing in nipples
It was at week 4
After that the doses have increased and i never got that feeling again
Some people told me it was because it was my first cycle and genetic
But thats another topic lol
No i do know a basic pct protocol but youd think that for a cycle mentioned above it would be different
Also guys a different topic again
ever since i started using juice untill now ive never not once gotten testicular atrophy/shrinkage
Some told me it was due to genitic also

You will need to drop a unit mid cycle regardless of dosage decrease...whats the length of cycle?

No thats no where near enough. A unit is about 600 cc's...
Yes. The blood becomes thicker because of how steroid hormones work to keep you in a positive nitrogen balance.

Yea why i got over the eating is because it was like plain rice boiled potato chicken etc
But i learnt that i gotta kind of loosen up on my diet and it should be easier
There should be a difference between bulking and cutting

I done a test e only cycle
I was using 1000mg a week but by week 4 or 5 i wasn't feeling anything major probbably underdosed
So i added another 2 ampules of test e so total was 1500mg
The weeks that followed i felt awsoume
Strength went up every week lifts where easier
Weight went up every week
Muscles where fuller bigger
The weight i stopped at was 105kg
I 100% couldve gained more weight from that cycle
But i dont know what happened to me i couldnt eat
I was eating 2-3 meals and still at that weight
200g protein 250 carbs
For me i felt that dose of test was the best for me

No ive done multiple cycles using different compounds
One of them was a test e only cycle where i went from 1000mg to 1500mg
And made a huge difference
iVerdad...yo comprendo! Yea a conversion factor i read on here is .77. So, 1500 x .77 would equal 1155mg of test, so thats probably why you noticed a difference. But, you shouldnt ramp up the dose without having the mass and time. Someone that is 250-260lbs and has a 7KCAL diet could use a dose that high.
X 2 I've given him some macros below. Simple test only cycle if he follows that plan will yield excellent results.
And, 25 of Provi every day (to unbind test from SHBG) starting week 3 up until PCT starts....along with 320 of Saw Palmetto ed....

Lat out out diet plan for this cycle. I'm not surprised you were not growing at 200g of protein and 250g of carbs. I've taken that in by lunchtime and then some.
Bf never really got it tested but probably 15 percent but im still in good shape
Protein would be 300g
Carbs would be 500g

Ok so this comments about food and all those above is at he heart of the matter. You need to eat properly to see results. No amount of gear will compensate for this fact. What you're proposing is ridiculous in terms of the amount of gear. Try running a simple test only cycle with a properly constructed diet of the right foods and see how that works for you.
So specifically and using Harris Benedict your BMR is 2074 calories per day and with heavy activity this puts your TDEE at 3526 to maintain your current weight. So add 1000 calories to this for a bulk and you get to 4526 calories per day. I would break this up to 350g protein, 500g carbs and 126g fat. Most of this should come from whole foods (as little protein powders and bars as possible) and keep your carbs about 80% complex with the other 20% simple carbs around workouts. Plenty of volume 6 days a week training with a little bit of cardio (max twice per week). 8 hours sleep and 6 to 8 litre of water per day. Like Cat said above it doesn't have to be boring and with Jose calories and macros there is no reason for it to get boring. As your weight goes up remember to adjus your calories up (mainly by adding carbs).
Pull blood before to establish your baseline and then mid cycle and post PCT.

Yeah for me to maintain my current body weight im eating about 3500 calories
How im starting to aproach my diet when bulking is it dosnt matter how i reach those macros just reach them every day.

You do know there are other forms of protein and carbs aside from chicken and rice correct?
If you can't eat the way you need to for this lifestyle, then this isn't for you... There's no other way to put it.
But mate you have a lot of calories to play with so your diet should consist of things like:
Whole eggs
Whole milk
Oats
Sweet potato
Regular potato
Brown rice
Quinoa
Flax seed
Pasta
Yoghurt (full and low fat versions)
Some more refined or sugary carbs for around workout
Chicken
Steak
Ground beef
Pork
Lamb
Offal (if you like it)
Almost anything. Use myfitnesspal to track your calories and macros. Get creative in the kitchen with herbs and spices and try new recipes our. Use the tracker to plan in advance.

Gyno. Lots and lots of gyno! I hope you just forgot to include AI and caber? Your 5'7" 215lbs which is pretty decent size, but over 3 grams of gear a week? No need for all that! What's next? 4 grams? 5? Your young. Stay under 2 grams a week total and concentrate on eating. Nutrition is the answer, not a ton of gear. Especially considering your age and current physique.
