Initially replied within 1 business day but has not replied in 4 days despite repeated attempts.

Sent payment via bitcoin as per instructions in email. Seller is saying they did not receive. Stopped replying when I sent information for them to investigate why they didn't receive payment despite it being sent to their address.
I ordered in March 2016 . I ordered
3 items HCG,priviron,and t-bol .I asked
For tracking numbers and never got one

I told him he was a A Hole so he refused to send me my gear.

Not very good took me four months to get a tracking number and another two weeks to get my gear which was shorted $200. With a refusal to ever replace the gear.
Horrible took almost 5 months to get my shipment. Nasty attitude when asking for information about order.
I buy a lot of gear. And I've had many packs late, but never a guy as rude as this !!!!!
This guy argued with me tooth and nail about every part of this order then shorted me in the end $200. I would be embarrassed to own this company the way he treats people . He scammed me out of $200.

Always answers within a timely manner. Except weekends because people still have other stuff to do lol.
The package was very discreet and everything was packaged securely.

After giving months of time and hundreds of emails to try and straighten this out I am finally claiming this a lost cause.
My original order was in January. The pack was seized which UG says was popular with his packs around that time and he admits fault.
I ordered with the assurance If it was seized a pack would be resent.
Well here I am in JUNE with no resent pack. I have been fed about 10 fake tracking numbers which obviously never even come up as an active package.
Its safe to say the reship guarantee is actually fake.

I really like this source, very good prices and a lot of choices of different products of different labs. Also the bulk prices are amazing. Will order it again but this time I make sure I will take bulk deal as the prices are just too good.

-1@ugroids what the joke is fella's is that I never had to wait more than 3to4 days after money was collected for a order to,a least marked ready to ship.Then to not be able to contact them to see if there is a problem thru their own site and contact. That whats up. You stated your contact system is down that happens I understand. I got no worries now that I know what the problem is .Just hope order ships soon thanks..I sent a friend request or here is my email for any futher discussion [email protected]

Communication and support was better than expected. During promo I was sent regular updates on whole process. I was impressed by this as I didnt ask for any updates but UG took time to PM me the updates and when items were sent. Also, answered questions on his other lines of product he carries promptly.
Packaging was tightand secure. T/A was much better than I expected from an international source. Arrived well within his stated T/A.
Very impressed with product quality. Overall cycle was a success incorporating the Prof Tren Ace and I would recommend with confidence. From communication to product quality overall experience was great.

Pleasant to deal with and quick with responses to inquiries.
TA was about 12 total days from payment to delivery. Very acceptable for an international source. Packaging was discrete. No loose items and products were intact.
UGRoid's prices are about as competitive as they come, the Aromasin included as you get 100 x 25 mg tabs per pack. Given the great customer service and the extensive line of their own Prof Pharma gear in addition to pharma grade products, I will definitely be ordering from Prof Pharma again in the near future.

The communication was very good, everything was answered in an appropiate amount of time. There was some confushion with my order but all was corrected and they deff went above and beyond.
the t/a was around two weeks and to be honest my first pack wasent packed all that great on the inside, but on the outside there was no telling what it was, second time around the packaging was as good as any, nothing was broken either time.
All in All these are great products at a very resonable price and Ugroids are of there word and you will deff get your products in a resonable amount of time, I will deff use these guys again..!!!
