TestEN250 from Ugroids. Need help!!!!!

This is a Test E250 from Ugroids. you can see there is a hair in the vial. it is Unused. really wired.... I contacted with Ugroids few days ago, I have not as yet received any response.

It's been a while since we spoke, and regarding this I want to say:
It's a RARE thing. Never seen hair in our products before. If it's there, it's there.
Toss it out and we'll send you a new one. Usually our products don't look like that - we're sure you can show the rest.

Could that be a particle of the hormone ester? Can't see it super well but I've had bottles with some particles of ester in em. Warm it up and shake lightly to see if it melts
If it doesn't dissolve, Toss it and move on to clean source
