Sup bros new to the site ok I will try to keep this as short and sweet as possible I was cycling roughly about a year ago had amazing gains I was running dbol with test thing is my personal trainer ordered my gear so I didn't know exactly what kind of test he did my pins for me but got caught up and is no longer available for training left me without pct and all went through hell considering my body basically crashed had to get gyno surgery and all now I am at it on my own will be pinning for the first time I got test c 10 week supply with clomid and Nova for my anti estrogen's and some clen to dry to keep the muscle gain lean if you guys have any advice at all I would really appreciate it a lot thank you in advance for taking the time to read this. Again I apologize for the length of my thread.

I'd split the 500 mg into twice a week man Monday Thursday keep shit nice and steady 500 at once is just crazy to me 2 ml of some shit in one spot is painful no matter what you're using! Your rotation should be to where you don't pin the same spot more than once every 7 days. You could literally so 5 weeks back and forth on delts (easiest spot for me anyways) then next five weeks back and forth on the quads (second easiest spot for me) and you would be pinning the spot to frequently.... just my thoughts I could be wrong tho

thanks for the advice bro yeah I planned on doing 250 twice a week I have a 18 g to draw and 23 to pin the 23 g is 1.5 wouldn't that be to long to inject in anywhere else other then the glutes? I'm nervous about it definitely I've done my research as far as sites and techniques go but still unsure cause it would be a pain to aspirate from the glutes if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated

Yeah I use 1 inch in delts and quads but you don't have to bury it you know leave some of it sticking out. I personally use a 25 Guage to pin with bd luer lok. I stay away from my glute it doesn't matter what I use I get bad pip on the ass shoulders and quads I don't so I rotate those and stay away from glutes... but everyone is different. I can put 100 mg of test in my glute and it will be hard to sit on that side I can put test 400 in my delt and it will barely be sore. It's person to person honestly glute might be better for you than me. Best way to find out is try it

Clen isn't going to dry you or keep the muscle gain lean. Any lean gains are going to be a result of your diet.

Are trying to bulk? Pointless to be taking clen if so. Clen only works when in a cal deficit.

I would like to bulk I should have done more research but I am learning from my mistakes and will not make the same again

Thanks bro I will get back with you when I am done with my cycle if that's Ok with you cause I honestly feel if I stick with this site and keep researching and taking the advice of you vets it will workout to my benefit in the long run

You want conservative, safe and considered advise - which surely is the case when one is messing with ones endocrine system. I have no where near the experience of some of the fella's here but I do know my stuff and am happy to help out. Remember that most of what you need to know is already written down here so use the search function and research. Best thing to do is once you believe you have your cycle laid out, write it up with all the details in the post I linked you too and if you've got questions ask them then and then be open to advise. Have you gotten blood work to see where your testosterone and estradiol are?
How often did you get injections from your trainer? How much dbol were you taking? How often?

My body fat is 15.9 maybe less now since I started doing cardio 20 mins after my workout session no I did not get blood work last time I did test was OK cortisol levels were low I was on 50 miligrams for the dbol everyday and the injections were once a week I'm thinking 500 of test once a week

Drop the clen mate, unnecessary! Your diet will determine how clean your gains are.

What's your body fat?
What dose you planning on running the test c?
Layout your pct plan please?
Look into aromasin or adex for your ai.

Body fat is 15.9 but I started doing cardio so it may be less I was going to do 250 twice a week to equal 500 for the week pct would start two weeks after last pin with clomid and Nova I seen different doses of those two following pct so I am a little confused on what to do in regards to the pct
