I would pay... Ridiculous... Amounts of money to see you perform crossfit. How many one legged reverse sitting hop squats could you do while balancing on a medicine ball?
This entire post seems to lack the basics of physique building, and I'm by no means an expert (more like a half witted chimpanzee) but even I can see that.
Like you bro... im done in here, let him run whatever he wants....... in fact thats my headset with all these guys that come in here and believe in their own plan.

how many cycles have you ran prior to this? Age?
answering these questions TRUTHFULLY will benefit you in more ways than one.

Anavar for 8 weeks then finishing with winny isn't contradicting and efficient for my goal of clean gains

I would say I have about a 14-15% body fat
Winny is oral but I take glucosamine and fish oil tablets so I can avoid the joint discomfort
I eat about 3000 calories a day mostly protein I try to eat every 2-3 hours and I drink a protein shake post work out everyday
I train 5-6 days a week depending how sore my muscles are from crossfit
I believe rest is really important so when I feel my body needs it I give it to it
I train 3-4 days a week crossfit and usually 1-2 in the regular gym sometimes the work outs over lap and I will go to the gym 12 hours after my morning crossfit class

I'm not exactly sure that you need to be running a cycle to gain lean dense muscle.
What you need to be doing is hitting the gym (non-crossfit) for more than that once or twice a week, hitting all the major muscle groups like a fucking train, and eating more than 3K a day to grow in size.
Running anavar (probably oral winny anyhow) and Einstein for 12 weeks seems WAY too long, and you wouldn't even see the benefits of the compounds at your body fat percentage. Nor would they be conducive to gaining mass.

You haven't really clearly defined your goals... Nor do we recommend cycles here on this forum, that's not how things are structured here.

You're 190lbs and 15%bf after running two cycles. Think you need to reevaluate what you're doing here.
Post up your workout routines. And post up a comprehensive diet. The guys here can use that info to start from the ground up.
Your PCT is slightly off, and your AI seems a bit high (unless you've experience with it.)
What's your cycle history?
What's your BF%. Is the winny oral or injectable?
What's your diet like? Training like?
The honest truth is no cycle is safe and effective for building lean dense muscle. Only training vigorously does that, and eating to fuel that training. Post those up for a better look.
