+ 6 LAZY IN THE GYM
Ok people I see a lot of this I get asked a lot of questions about this so I'm gonna make it real simple .. It doesn't matter if you pushing heavy weight or light weight , what does matter is the intensity of you set .. This is where people get lazy and the gains show it . See guys doing 8 reps and stop way to soon they was t even struggling with the last rep , I asked him why did you stop ( he replied I'm following this workout in this magazine) I laughed . Do I told him on the next set go till you struggle I mean really struggle with the last rep. He did 17 this time , i explained to him if your your gonna lift no matter what routine your following you HAVE TO PUT FULL EFFORT INTO IT. Don't be lazy make the last rep hurt. This apples to heavy weight or light weight . Don't short cut your workout..

I dont suffer fools gladly.. even when i see bad form i want to rip their fkn jaw off lol........ my kids used to moan because i was a hard task master, but now they are grown up they thank me because they have "standards" and enjoy successful lives.

Amen to that brother. I was getting weird looks doing drop sets of dumbbell exercises (shrugs, curls, skull crushers, etc) when I'd finish each set of either using 5lb weights or no weights at all, just squeezing the muscles.
These kids will never feel the intensity that one can reach by training with their head as opposed to their dicks. The gym is no longer a place to improve oneself for most people, it's merely a place to measure dick sizes against other members...
Don't you love when people see a big guy barely curling 5 or 10 pound weights lmao I hear them talking . One guy said I thought you could lift more than that he just didn't see I started with the 85 pound ones lol

They look at you like you have six fucking heads. The fucking feeling of that blood engorging your muscles, that tight feeling where your muscles are crying for a break, it's remarkable. im sitting there squeezing my fists and curling them, swelling like a balloon, and there's guys next to me swinging 45lb Dumbbells with their backs trying to "out curl Me". If people put as much time into learning technique and intensity as they put into gym selfies, they might actually get some decent gains.
The mind hits 10 reps, but not the body. That's not a workout, that's simply frolicking in the gym.
