+ 6 contest prep protocols, concepts and ideas that can be used for everyday gymrats

OK, before I continue this is my contribution and my 2 cents so don't go asking me if I have a PHD or if this is scientific break through blah blah blah... this is simply BRO SCIENCE, from someone who hang with the bodybuilding community for 15 years. Take it for what its worth, here are a few and yes more then likely you have already heard of them.

---low concentration, basically short ester such as prop and ace. The idea is short ester comes with less water retention. Another reason that is becoming popular is the temporary effect it has to swell the muscle, more oil for the temporary effect of SEO is becoming very popular

--AI for less water retention... This is almost in everyone's protocol. A short run of 2 to 3 weeks before a show does wonders to draw out water retention, letro and adex are the most popular

-- Orals pre workout, Another popular trend since dieting is hard you real more on a great pump for gains VERSUS heavy training to failure, nothing does this better then orals such as drol

--suspension test or test without an ester pre workout. Again another growing tren, especially while dieting while energy levels are depleted.

--2 week winstrol protocol, This is becoming huge, a lot of people are doing it this way, winny is no longer a drug of choice for the entire duration of the diet since it dries out the joints and potentially hurts your training. The idea is that the full benefits of winny comes as quickley as 2 weeks (vascularity and crispness) especially when in low bodyfat levels so basically a 2 week burst is all you need for that look.

--2 weeks on 2 weeks off.....clenbuterol/ ECA. This is an old school concept that is still used today by most. The idea is that after 2 weeks on clen you require more for the same effect so at this point you come off then jump on ECA, while you are down regulating your recptors for clen you will be on ECA then you down regulate your receptors for ECA, back and forth

--sodium load, sodium deplete to dry out.. Easy concept, straight forward, no need to confuse anyone, keep it simple, load for 3 days 6000+ mg drink normally then deplete cold turkey then drink enormously for 2 days then 2 days only sipping bare minimum while still depleting sodium levels, now you are carb loading during the sipping stage and trust me this is sooooooo hard to do, your mouth feels pasty

-- Carb loading, keep it simple, complex carbs with low sodium is key, sugar final 6 hours of intended look.

Any of this can be applied to look good in 3 weeks for an event or something your looking forward , a vacation, wedding, A little extreme but they work

Some solid info here +2 for your contributions. Only thing is the clen/eca protocol. Both hit the beta 2 receptors clen being selective for only the beta 2 receptors and ephedrine hitting the beta 2s and many other receptors around it. So by using eca while being off clen will just continue the down regulation of the beta 2 receptors never allowing them to unregulate and become responsive again. tried this protocol myself and noticed the eca did nothing for me after the clen so I did a little research and found this all out.

Ya I heard that before, good info +1, I asked my friend (contest prep guy in this region) about that and he said while that being true there are other factors at play as well, like the appetite supressent and stimulant energy from ECA that is not present in clen that makes for a good alternative and these factors also need down regulating. For example ECA pre workout for lifting heavier and longer

Ya thats very true, the energy and appetite suppression is great with eca. And it's a great pre workout when energy is low like you said. I actually took it today preworkout it works great. Pumped up focused full of energy and ready to go. And it doesn't have the stupid long half life of clen. With clen I take it at like 8am and my hearts still going at 11pm. With eca I can take it preworkout at 4 and it will wear off in just a few hours, I'd be up all night if I did that with clen. Eca is a Really underrated preworkout.

totally agree, ECA wipes the floor with clen, I can not imagine getting shredded without ECA. Love it
