Blood work / ALT in liver?
I received my blood work back and within your Liver is ALT (alanine Aminotransferase). the test measures for the amount of it and basically when your liver is diseased or sick it releases ALT into the blood stream. i have 375 units per liter when a normal person should have between 21-72 units per liter. The increase can mean a couple of things but usually tells you that your liver is diseased or damaged. my question is has anyone seen this before or can anyone shed a bit of a light on the topic? I do have a picture of my blood work but can't figure out how to post it, feel free to shed some light on that as well and I'll post it up. Thanks in advance i know you may have more questions but for now i was hoping to start a discussion on AAS use and the effects on the liver.

Looks like it's the tren for sure:

Seems to just wreak havoc on some people for some reason.
any unprotected sexual interactions or sharing needles? you need to get checked for hepatitis mate.
Upper right corner hit the arrow hit submit then picture then upload the labs.
Tren is most likely what caused your liver values to elevate. I've seen a couple theories on this ranging from the BA content of tren being higher to just its generally androgenic nature being the culprit. I don't know what exactly the right answer is, but certainly some guys get elevated enzyme levels from tren
What were you running? Both oils and orals, dosage and duration. Were you using any liver protection?
I was running all oils, Tren E at 300mg per week and Test Cyp at 550mp per week with arimidex EOD. I was not taking Caber during cycle but at week 7 had issue with minor gyno so i stopped cycle and took 5 days of Caber in a row to stop all gyno. I then got blood work done 10 days after taking the caber and that is when my liver was showing signs of stress. I do not know anything about liver protection during a cycle like that. thoughts?
Tren will cause this in some people, typically not that much of an elevation tho. Did you have a hard workout the day before the test, or multiple hard workouts leading up to the test? Have you had any alcohol recently? Was your last injection the day before the test?
That's a shitload of caber man. It should be run every third day too not five days in a row.
I ran that much caber stop all prolactin issues I was having. It worked well and in still following up with blood work and so on. The good news is that I had some weird health issues and side effects that not everyone has. Once a few more weeks goes by I will be able to inform all on eroids about my mistakes and my successes. I assure you the information I will have will benefit us all. Back to the caber. A high amount all at once essentially crashes all prolactin in my system to halt what was starting. The lactation was very minimal and again I will update everyone later.
Not when you're lactating it shouldn't, you're repeating information you've read about standard practice for a drug you don't have experience of. Have a look at his other post about it, this guy was in a mess.
I do have experience. My prolactin was highly elevated too and I took .25mg then .25mg three days later > pulled bloods > it wiped out all my prolactin. Serum level was too low for pathology to detect any. Caber is extremely powerful. If you have evidence to suggest that more than I used is needed then by all means post it. I'm merely going off my own experience.
This is a 19nor issue causing lactation. Not the same situation you found yourself in.
I still am running my first cycle. I think it was the Anadrol but I'm not sure. But prolactin serum levels rose and so did progesterone. Progesterone is still high and I have no idea how to lower it but I don't have any sides now I've dialed in my AI and wiped prolactin out.
If your prolactin and estro levels are ok I wouldn't worry about it.
Yes that's what I figured. I did some research and discovered the life extension gurus deliberately elevate progesterone in men much higher than mine. I also think there has been a lot of confusion about so called "progesterone sides". Basically I get the impression a lot of people mistake prolactin sides for progesterone sides. But I'm not too worried as I have no sides at all now my e2 and prolactin are taken care of.
