Anybody into to street bikes on here? ive had about 8 of them throughout my life, from 600 up to 1000. I sold my R1 some time ago and started looking at bikes again a few days ago.
I dont know if any of you have watched Ghost rider on his Busa with the turbo, but I seen his vid's like 8-9 years ago and always wanted to put a turbo on a bike.
Yeah so ive been out of the bike world for several years and decided to check out some new bikes, and stumbled across the H2 and H2R. Damn those are some nice bikes, supercharged? my car is supercharged I can only imagine what that would be like on a bike, 200+ and 300+ horsepower respectively for those two bikes STOCK. To bad they are 25 grand

Aprilia is a real nice bike
I had a 636 ninja years back. I loved riding but after dumping it doing wheelies I realized if I ever got one again I'd do the same thing. When I get a lil older I'll get a Harley, but not til I move out of the over populated mess that I live in, just too risky here. Lost 5 friends in 5 years, def not worth it.
Currently I have a little cbr 500r, but next in a few months I plan on picking up an Mv Agusta f3 800. I have wondered about the turbo as well, but the only thing I have seen stock with one is the H2R. I know the guys from the triumph team threw turbos on their Daytona 675r's shit is sick.
Unfortunately my wife banned me from bikes after nearly killing myself. I got the "It's me or the bike" speech. I said "can I think about it? That's a tough decision". The bruising went away after a couple of weeks.....
Ive been riding for years. My favorite was definitely my Yamaha R1 as well.I dont have much time to ride these days so shes sitting collecting dust.Recently the kid in me is screaming for the Ducati Panigale 1199R.But the adult in me is saying really bro, 30k for something thats probably just gonna collect dust as well.Theres always next year i guess.
Rustyhooker3 harley and 1 is for sale. I love riding. The idiots out there in cages are messing up the roads. Folks getting smashed a lot. First harley I put on well over 1000 miles a week.
AnonI've always wanted a bike. My dad passed when I was a kid, lady turned across two lanes right infront of him and my godfather. Ever since, never had the balls to get on one. Feel like there's too much riding on other people's ability to pay fucking attention than there would be of my own skill.
GearofWarI've got an older HD FXSTS Springer and I've contemplating the move to trade it in on a Yamaha FZ-09. That or the new Ducati Scrambler. Leaning more towards the Yamaha. Nothing but positive reviews about how fun that scooter is. The only gripe is that the suspension seems a little soft compared to the rest of the package. Can't stop thinking of the more upright "street-fighter" type of bike lately.
My Harley has not left the garage this year. Things have changed out there drastically with smart phones. It seems like a bike gets peeled damn near every day up here. There was a wreck two summers near us that really mind fucked me I think. I keep waiting for the urge to ride to hit me but it hasn't now in a long time.
AnonI know what you mean
The busa..... enough said. Waiting for their new production but they cant keep the tranny in it. Keeps cooking it, fastest super bike on deck again when they get it to stay in one piece. Other than that im an old school shovel head , springer front end , no fenders , no blinkers , kicker with suicide shift and clutch.
feast your eyes on this!

ive always ridden harleys too bro, this is a v8 barbarian australian custo 350 chev engine lol insane
Have a black gsxr750
I've always been fond of the gixer, never had one though.
Goth says I ride too slow for a street bike .... I ll stick with the cars for speed I rather like cruising on the bike and enjoy the scenery
Same here. I had a Harley with 125HP and it was too fast for me. Got a slower one now to keep me out of trouble.
lmao ... oh Ive got the HP to move quickly ... I just like to see what I am riding by. .. In all honesty I am slower after I broke my arm two years ago laying the bike down in some gravel...
I was just looking at bikes this past weekend. They had an H2 on the showroom floor man talk about a beautiful bike this dealership was asking $29,000.
Now the H2R boooooy is no joke, asking price $49,999 and the bike is not even street legal.
I myself ride a 2012 kawasaki ninja 650. Not a Supersport bike but I ride it like it is. In reality who really needs a Supersport unless you're on a track there's really nowhere you can ride 180mph. So I guess I'll just continue to put around on my 650.
Ride safe fellas.
Oh I hit 155 on my R1 just about every time I rode it. But it topped out at 167. If I had a bike that did 200 I'm sure I would find a way to get there. Even if that meant going to an airport runway. That H2 is out of this world
My ninja tops out at 138-140 depending on the wind. But now if I'm going down hill oooh boy watch out I'm coming atcha 145+. :))
H2 are badass that green frame and chrome looking paint job, but man almost 30 grand that's a lot of money to be putting down on a bike one wrong move and it's gone.
AnonLmao
AnonI think if I were in the market for a new bike is be looking at Ducati... I like the 1098
Even tho I have had trouble with Suzuki I'd still consider a Busa
The Busa is a smooth ride down the interstate
Busa is ugly, and I've always thought 1300cc was to big for maneuvering through traffic.
AnonGet you a Honda bro.... Trouble free and fast as a mofo... I've had Suzuki and they are great but can be a pain... Try not to go used if you can but if you do I'm sure you know to inspect it well.... My super blackbird came from a responsible older rider and was stock when I got it
I've has CBR 600, 900, 929, 954, and then switch to the R1 yamaha...they are to slow for me
AnonI've had two noid
The Suzuki GSXR 1000
And then my Honda Super BlackBird XX 1300... She's a monster dude... It his modded up a little and has a lope to it at idle...It's a older Honda Rocket but in its time it was the fastest production street bike.... Highly comparable to the Busa... In fact I have smoked a stock Busa
Check my pics and you will see it.... They have become rare or at least I never see them anymore
AnonThe XX is 1100 I don't know why I said 1300
I miss my 2001 gsxr 1000 had over
30,000 miles on it and they were hard miles
AnonYea many of my miles are fast miles lol
It ain't nothin to just cruise at 100
(Pre-fatherhood) I managed to smash only a baby blade, didn't come off it but still managed to break bones in hand, wrist, several more in my left foot along with minor neck and head injuries :( ........ I took that as a sign.....I no longer fux with bikes. Even though they are bad mother fuckas
so much fun.
Me and you have very similar stories. I have quads now. My next toy is going to be a boat.
I prefer the man power bike
Them fast shit suck.cut my friend in half when he was just 18
I lost a few friends to accidents on bikes. I had a busa and sold it a month later, too much power makes you reckless. I stick to cars now since im not in my 20's anymore and if I get in an accident over 100mph I have a better chance of living.
I would absolutely love to get a bike I grew up racing motocross. I trust my riding but I don't trust the drivers on the road as the majority can't drive to save their lives. All It takes is some idiot to do something dumb and I'm dead, or in a lot of pain. I've riden 600s and 1000s and they're a blast. But I won't get one. The stupidity of most drivers scares the shit outta me. I have enough fun in my supra anyways. If no one was on the roads but me I would 100% get a bike. But a turbo in a bike would be insane. Even something small like a stock wrx turbo would be wild in a 600 or 1000.
There's always track days available. At least where I'm at.
