undigested steel cut oats.

My current meal plan has me including a cup and a half of cooked steel cut oats to a smoothie in the morning. To save the nastiness, i see the steel cut oats twice. They are cooked overnight in a crock pot with water and almond milk. Anyone have any suggestions on how to increase digestion?

Grind them up in a coffee grinder into a fine powders.works for me.
StevebScrew them too much of a hassle. If you want good carbs to put in a shake use this. It tastes like pumpkin pie.
