50 shades of tren

ad

Tren seems to be the one steroid that comes out in all sorts of different colors and claritys.
Some folks say orange is good, real dark is over cooked, but sometimes it's clear or tan.

What's the deal here??? can we make any assumptions on the quality of tren based on its color?
What about clarity?

Post unusual tren colors if you have them

Many things can cause color difference such as Raw material, solvents, carrier oils.
Color dose not note effectiveness.

Like Cat said below - color has no bearing on it's effectiveness.

However, color does reveal something about the lab that made it. Tren brewed at the "proper temperature" - what ever that may mean is a light golden yellow both the A and the E with the A being a little darker.

Tren powder is white with a yellowish tinge. Tren will oxidize if the brewing temp is too high or even long exposure to sunlight and turn dark yellow, then red, then ruby red, then almost black.

So, really dark tren just tells me that the lab that produced it doesn't have much control over temperature. And then my mind wanders to the overall issue of how much quality control does the lab have period. And then, I begin to get snooty and only want to deal with labs that are run like big pharma companies. Narrows down my source selection a bit, but I get what I want. Parabolan (Tren Hex) was a light golden yellow. Very light actually. That was the only Tren product made for human use by a pharma company. Last made by Negma Labs in France up till 1997.

I would add to this thread but you've summed it all up. Of course if I would've said it , it would've had my dry charm twisted into it Smile

Agree with what you said except the issue is that there so many fools easily influenced by BroScience that I think some labs intentiallly overheat the Tren to make it dark. I know I've seen a few dozen guys on here post pics saying they were convinced their Tren was bunk because it was too "light". In fact, there's a few guys that will only buy Tren if it's dark amber and you can't convince them otherwise. I know. I tried.

X2 I think your right that they will intentionally over heat beacuse soamy ppl think the darker the better and yea it is prob better for there sales! I remember about a year ago a src had tren that ppl were going nuts over calling it root beer tren I'm happy that this is getting out there that root beer color is not right and the hormone is more than likely harmed at that point

you also have to account for other factors that affect color in addition to over heating... just like everything else there is no one factor that dictates color ... and the people who need to read the most NEVER do. Lets not get carried away like people did with mass specs ..look how that turned out ...

I'm with you to a point. When Tren starts looking like port wine or worse black India ink, that's light and temperature. Other more subtle variations could be a multitude of factors as you say. My first batch of home brew wasn't that great considering my Mensa card and overall genius. (that is a joke).

kodiakGRRL's picture

I ve seen a lot of different variations cooking temps held constant .... but people tend to get carried away with everything and freak out ... I didn't see a soul complain about mutas orange tren ace I know his brewers were pretty decent

Dickkhead's picture

I do think as was said elsewhere in this thread that people expect tren to be dark or orange and since as you said within reason it doesn't matter from a sales and marketing perspective why not meet customer expectations? My only point is that with most average ingredients Tren is not inherently dark at all. To be blunt it is a light piss color. But then as you say people will freak out and claim it is under dosed. Quite frankly, the Tren I have in my stash actually darkens with age. It wasn't orange when it was delivered to me a year ago but it certainly is orange now.

kodiakGRRL's picture

I'm not arguing with you at all.. in fact the last batch of tren we brewed up was a beautiful light tan color .. and ... I have already had people question the efficacy, however, in world riddled with bro science and lack of true pharmacueticals this kind of thing will always be the rule rather than the exception.

kodiakGRRL's picture

I think that is my next new line... "awesome sauce"

Dickkhead's picture

Unfortunately, yes, I've seen that. "Good Tren is dark amber." The light stuff, is, well, it must be under dosed!
Prolly some labs do cook it for better sales.

CBBurrr's picture

What about clarity? Is there anything wrong with cloudy tren? Soma said its usually moisture.

Dickkhead's picture

Now that is another matter. Fat soluble steroids powders that are mixed with clear carrier oils are not cloudy. Water in with the oil? Should separate out. I don't have a clue why it would be cloudy. Prolly nothing to worry about but I don't know for certain what's up with that so can't say dismiss it for sure.

Color just has to do with the method of brewing and synthesis of the raws

I probably shouldn't suggest people post gear pics in this thread, maybe link to them.
I hope this pic is cool, I can't see a UGL name on any of the vials.

Nope. Colour is zero reflection on the quality of it.
