I'm 6ft 13.2 St and 19 years old with about 10-12% bf I have been weight training for around about 3 years my gains have started to slow down I train 5 times a week.

Want to do my first cycle from what I have researched a test only cycle seems like a good place to start but a part of me wants to add tren. Heard this is the gods piss of steroids and should be taken with extreme care ? Thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated

Your gains have slowed down? Then you have to eat more to get to the next level. It's that simple, even on a cycle you have to eat more to produce gains.

Do alot more research on dieting and what it takes to break your weight stall.

I'm in a calorie surpluss but maybe I should consume more calories but my question is if I done a cycle of test would it effect me and my hormones that bad after as I'm young

In reality it's a 50/50, and not a chance you wanna fuck with. You have alot to look forward to, like having kids, getting your dick to work without having to rely on TRT.

Most definitely you should consume more calories to break your stall. Up 300 kcals every 2 weeks until you hit 4500-5000 kcals. You are 6'4 for Christ sakes. You have a lot of area to fill out. That takes alot of food!

3500 kcals for a kid your age, at your height is peanuts. This is your crutch right now. Fix it and grow!!! I am going to state this again....My girlfriend eats 3500 kcals on her bulk and she is 10in smaller than you and a woman twice your age. So you tell me now that your in a calorie surplus? I don't thinks so.

We can arrange a realistic diet plan here for you, but gear advice is not gonna happen. Hope you understand why.

I'm 6ft not 6ft 4 but yeah advise taken I'm not going to risk it was so close to doing it tonight but I'm not going to now
