+ 1 To young ?

ad

I'm 6ft 13.2 St and 19 years old with about 10-12% bf I have been weight training for around about 3 years my gains have started to slow down I train 5 times a week.

Want to do my first cycle from what I have researched a test only cycle seems like a good place to start but a part of me wants to add tren. Heard this is the gods piss of steroids and should be taken with extreme care ? Thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated

I've posted my current pics for what I look like now will upload some in a few moths to show gains

I was eating 6500 Cal per day at your age. Another great plateau buster, take a 1-2 hour nap every afternoon.

Yes legs is my favourite day and my strongest muscle group I deadlift and squat

chunkypbnj's picture

Ok good. Your plateau is just a food and sleep issue. Do your best to get more of both. Good luck.

You have a good attitude about this and for that reason I am letting you stay. Please take full advantage of the dietary advice these guys are gifting you. There is so much more to learn here besides AAS. Good luck young man.

I got the same vibe. Just needs some direction and will to do it correctly without enhancements yet.

Eat more meat. It cracks me up how many of you kids want to be huge yet don't eat more than one half pound of meat per day. Your diet is decent, but needs more food.

Add 3 eggs, 3 chicken breast, and 3 fist sized baked potatoes wherever you want in the day.

No gear until 25. Learn how to COOK & EAT like a bodybuilder first.

Real talk there. It's 7pm in the evening here and I've eaten over a kg in meat today. That's why my butcher always smiles when I walk in his shop ;) Add on fish, eggs, now you've got muscle fuel.

You cutting there buddy? Blum 3

chunkypbnj's picture

Sort of. I am just trying to get a lot of good clean food without taking calories too high because training intensity is limited. Coming back from shoulder injury and do not want to reinjure. Things are good. Standing overhead 185 for 10. Bodyweight at 261. Abs are visible again.

I want to make it easy for this kid to prepare his meals by limiting prep time. This would be a base diet. Being he's bulking I'm game if he was throwing some random calories there as well. Gotta make it is good and wash it down. Our bodyweight difference means my cut is his bulk.

I was just messing with Ya man. Glad to hear you're healing well from your injury, taking it nice and easy.

I second the prep time. I usually end up cooking dinner enough to have about two days worth of food out of, and then split it up amongst my meals for the day. I cook the next day and following day the same way, to give myself some variety in eating. And I hear you on the body weight differences, he could very easily bulk just buy increasing a few portions and adding in some quality carbs throughout the day. He's shown he is very interested in learning, and I conversed with him through PM. He's got an open mind and I definitely think he could make some serious gains with some guidance.

Dan mullen's picture

Will have sweat patato and chicken when I get in and then almonds and milk before bed

Dan mullen's picture

Eaten like a beast today 5 whole eggs , oats, banana and protein shake for breakfast

Meal 2 2 cans of tuna , green beans and rice

Meal 3
Whole pizza Smile

Meal 4 4 egg 8 egg whites rice and steak

Going to train now can definetly feel the extra calories had a pump all day

The Impastable's picture

That's how you go about it my brother. Eat like a truck, lift like a truck. Have a nice protein shake right after you finish hitting the gym, then have a big meal brother. I prefer high GI carbs right after working out (even though that means eating them past 10PM). Believe me, you start eating like this on a daily basis, you will grow.

guitarplayer1's picture

Nice! That's the way you should feel while gaining. Don't slow down on the foods. Keep persistent and you will reap the reward.

How do I upload pictures on here

chunkypbnj's picture

Hope he doesn't juice just yet. I made my best natty gains age 19-22. Because let's face there is no going back once you start pinning. The problem I see is when guys start juicing that young they end up relying on the needle for gains and not hard training for the rest of their life. Dosing gets super high by 23 then the health issues start popping up soon there after.

agreed. There's no substitute for a solid training regimen, busting your ass in the gym, changing it up, and eating like a truck. I toyed with a higher dosage of Test my last cycle, and I didn't feel any difference than where I believe my sweet spot to be (UGL grade). Having to rely on big doses for at best mediocre gains, I do agree is not the way to go about things, and clearly reevaluating the basics is needed for those guys.

guitarplayer1's picture

That's a good start. Lets throw some steak and whole milk in there also.

At 19 I doubt he could afford steak daily. Agreed on the milk.

TheFlash85's picture

dude your to young, you are doing great, you can be a fkn huge monster with a good diet.

The Impastable's picture

This is great bro, you clearly have to adjust your intake.

What are your long term goals (3 months, 6 months, 12 months)....? You say your gains stopped coming, are you trying to get a big nasty bulk going?

Dan mullen's picture

I'm still growing just not at the rate I did my strength gains are slowing down aswell , I want to gain lean mass , I'm a big believer of looking on the mirror to look at progression rather than scales Im happy with my body fat levels at the moment I just want more size . Maybe I should go on a bulk and maybe go to 4000 calories for a while ??

The Impastable's picture

If you want more size, are you prepared to add some Bf% on top of that? You could get to 4000cals just by having a bigger breakfast, why not try and get 5000cals?

If your strength gains are slowing down, you might need to adjust your workouts as well. Your body might be used to your routine by now. What's that look like?

Dan mullen's picture

Maybe after Simmer I'll go up to 5000 a day but fuck that's a lot

The Impastable's picture

It's peanuts bro, you could easily get close to 1000cals as your PWO shake/meal.

For example, I have a shake immediately after the gym, and about 45 minutes later I have a solid meal with some high GI carbs. Two potatoes will get you over half of the cals you're looking to get.

iFit's picture

That doesn't look like 3,500 calories unless you're eating huge portions.

Dan mullen's picture

Yeah there big portions and I try to eat red meat 3 or 4 times a week

The Impastable's picture

Bro... I eat meat (red, white, black, blue, cyan, orange, fuscia) at minimum three times a day. You've got to start doin the same to grow.

The Impastable's picture

Yes it's bad for you. Trust me, been in your shoes, you do not want to do this.

Dan mullen's picture

What were the sides of doing it so young do u regret it ?

The Impastable's picture

Sent you a friend request. I'll tell you via PM

Yes, at that age your HPTA is not done forming . You risk permanlely shutting down your natural test production, meaning you'll be on TRT for the rest of your life. Not one week Go we had some other 19 year old (banned now) who messed himself up and was in trt. You don't wanna be that guy who needs an injection twice a weeks forever.

Justanotherguy's picture

One more real life example would be Pete rubbish, a popular YouTube power lifter. Went kamikaze at 19, used aas for 3 years straight, messed himself up bad. Now he's on trt.

Dan mullen's picture

Are you guys talking from first hand exsperiance ?

Catalyst's picture

You are nowhere near your natural potential at 6-3 and just over 13 stone. If you're hitting plateaus, you're duet, training or both aren't right.

At 19 years old, exogenous testosterone alone is a very bad idea, let alone tren. Site policy is not to advise under 25's on cycles, so you can see you're a long way from that requirement.

We have a post called "worst cycles of eroids", your suggestion will probably result in you being mentioned there. I'm not saying that to offend, merely to get across what a bad idea it is.

If you want diet or training help, I'll help. Cycle advice, not a chance.

Dan mullen's picture

Can a 10 week course of test really have that much of a negative effect on me in the future with a correct ptc I have a solid base and foundation I could be a lot heavier but I like to stay lean how can you judge my training and diet on my weight I have a good amount of muscle but I want to go to the next level now
