Life has had its twists and turns. most for the best, but its been a while since i have been on forum. I just wanted to say hello to everyone and hope everyone is doing great. many of us get side tracked and preoccupied but those who can offer us something should come back at least from time to time. I must say i have shrank a good bit, but im still in great shape, and my goals right now are a bit different, but none the less I am still living the lifestyle and loving it. my life has gotten a great deal better over the last 8 months. I hope that for everyone here.

Welcome back. I think I will have to have a short break from here soon just to temper myself and take care of a few things. Real world things. Not sure if I can do it. I'm kinda addicted to this place

she is doing great. keeping busy, we just started back to the gym after an unwanted long break. she is motivated and looking forward to getting back in shape
