Privatemedlabs illegal states?!?! Please help

ad

SO... Everyone uses private med labs or that other one labsmd to check thier bloods. Our serum levels, hormones, etc. these nesrssary tests for us to stay healthy. Exept for some duechebag made it illegal in only 5 out of all 50 states to get this done. It seems as though NJ, NY, MA, RI & MD have been blacklisted for no reason and it's bullshit!!! So for someone who lives in one of those states and needs a gh serum test, how do we get around this most annoying bullshit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. "Juicer1165"

So now I run into another friggin problem. When you attemp to pay for the requisition, it automatically rejects you if your card is from NY,NJ,RI,MA,MD...... Friggin bullshit. But after getting some more help through PM's and searching the threads, I've found there is hope for us New Yorkers, jersey, and RI people after all. DIRECT LABS.... Here to service specificlly them 3 states. Prices are pretty close to the other two sites. All relatively the same. MA, and MD residents, sorry, I don't know what's available for you guys. ... I wouldn't have found this place without the help of the comminity. Thanks bros. Now I can do this legit and leagaly.

Why in the world would it be illegal to get bloodwork done? That is beyond me..

juicer1165's picture

Because we have scumbag lawmakers that just break balls and make things harder then they have to be for no good reason. Perfect example ; outlawing HGH in the first place. Why outlaw a wonderful drug that preserves youth and does a miriod of other wonderful things for the human body? Makes no fucking sense

That's a different scenario. The laws aletter the medical billing procedures in these states, and for now this prevents these online labs from administering these exams as they do in other states. They didn't flat out make it illegal; it's just stuck on a technicality.

are you within driving distance of a state not blacklisted? Hop the border to one of their labs in one of those states, and get your tests done there. It's not the ideal solution, but it does work.

juicer1165's picture

Sure. That's easy. I can do that with no problem but What happens when I get there and they ask for my ID and its from one of those other 5 states.
Someone i PM'd told me they'd definitely ask for ID. Is this true? If so is it gonna be a problem? .. Or do I just need the requisition form and I can put a bogus address on it?

It wont be a problem bro its the state that doesn't allow it , when you leave the state , the state no longer has control no matter what your ID says. Speaking from experience.

juicer1165's picture

So your saying that when I go online and fill out the requisition form for my serum test, I can put all my correct info (city & state) and it won't matter as long as the test location is not in one of those five states?

The Impastable's picture

Yes, the only thing preventing these labs from operating is their location, due to the billing laws. The laws aren't actually making it illegal per se. It's the way it's billed medically in those 5 states that cause the problems. There are certain labs working as pilot programs trying to offer these in some of those black listed states, but the offerings are no where near were we would need them to be.

FR sent. Got one more question for ya, if you don't mind

The Impastable's picture

Of course I don't mind, FR accepted.

Thanks bro. That makes me feel a lot better. It's really no problem then if all I gotta do is just jump the state line. I was really pissed beyond belief when I went on to private med labs and saw that bullshit. But now everything's cool. Thanks for the feedback.
