IGF-LR3 with MGF/PegMGF and GHRP.... HGH Frag

Current Protocol:
MGF: 200mcg 4x weekly post workout. Bilaterally.
GHRP2 or 6: 200 mcg 2x daily (pre breakfast, post workout)
Ipamorelin: 200 mcg 1-2x daily (pre afternoon meal, pre bed)
Cjc No Dac (Mod GRF 1-29): 100mcg w/ each GHRP dose

I want to maintain the current protocol, but add in IGF-LR3 and PegMGF.

The Plan (suggestions/alterations are welcome!)
IGF-Lr3:60mcg Bilaterally (30 mcg each) 1hr pre workout in muscle group to be trained
PegMGF: 300mcg 3x week (on the days regular MGF is not used)

I am saving the HGH Frag for another time to not add too many things at once.

Please let me know if you got any suggestions or alterations.

What would you do, if you had all those peptides, and PRESCRIPTION HGH Serostim? I wonder if taking peptides with Sero is like taking Andro with steroids.

not experienced with HGH... but if you were using 6iu of HGH a day in 3x 2IU doses i dont think the peptides would be of any use.
Maybe use the ghrp-6 to stimulate hunger, but other ghrp/ghrh wouldnt be worth it.

things like MGF and IGF-DES would be effective post and pre workout respectively

still loving the ghrp/ipam and modgrf (cjc no dac) for its deep sleep, good skin, quick gym recovery

the MGF grew on me and I felt more pumped the rest of the day after pinnin IM. had to go up to 150mcg each side though, didn't feel much at 100mcg each side

The PegMGF, not sold on it. I know the PEG is supposed to let the MGF act for longer in the body, but I (personally) feel that MGF's actions are strongest and most pronounced directly post workout, so regular fast acting MGF is more efficient IMO

Igf-Lr3: not sure of the quality of my source, ran at 50-60mcg ED 1 hr post workout. Felt a very small hypoglycemic feeling about 1-2 hrs post pin. Didn't see any change in body composition when adding the IGF to the MGF and ghrp's

I would add a shot of ghrp and cjc right before bed to stimulate a large gh relases while you sleep.

As for the Lr3, there no point in shooting it into the muscles. It's got a 20-30 hour half life so it's gonna make it's way through your entire body so it's effects will be systemic. If you were using des then that's another story. The half life is very short do it will spend the majority if not all of it's time in the muscle where you inject it. I've had some really good success with localized growth with des. Maine look into adding some des literally right before you train preworkout and using the lr3 and hour after you finish training. Igf-1 competes for the same receptors as our body's natural mgf which is relasesd post workout so ng waiting an hour you won't interrupt this. The des half life is very short so when I say preworkout I mean right befoe you walk into the gym not at home. But remember 99% of the igf-1 out there is bulldshit so you must have a good source. I've only found one real source of it out of a few I've tried.

ill look into the DES as well. maybe on my second run. (after 4 weeks off)

I am taking ipamorelin w/ cjc before bed because it doesn't make me hungry. I like the ghrp-2 in the morning for mild hunger and ghrp-6 post workout to dominate some food.

2 questions:
so if I just hit the igf-Lr3 sub-q in the morning should I only do 40mcg or 60mcg to start?

with igf-lr3's long half life will that inhibit the MGF dose post workout, rendering it ineffective or less effective?

I would do the igf-1 lr3 like an hour post workout. Assuming you workout at the same time everyday by post workout the next day the igf-1 will be out of your system, until you dose again an hour post workout. But honestly i really think the differences are going to be negligible, so do it whenever.
