Truthfully, it is impossible to state whether anyone has been harmed by using aromatase inhibitors for performance- or physique-enhancement; it simply is not tracked.

AnonI'd rather have high cholesterol on cycle than titties until surgery.
Looks like the harm is crushing estrogen which we knew caused the problems listed. So keep it in normal range and you won't have an issue.
