Need help designing a moderate cycle for upcoming PL meet

I'll try to be as thorough and by the rules as possible. I'm coming to you guys because I know there's a better way than "run all the tren and Anadrol you can get your hands on"

31 years old
5'6" 205lbs
10+ years of lifting
~3.5yrs of training seriously for PLing
Best lifts of 525/375/600 @ 212

First off, my powerlifting meet is on Feb 7th. I'm looking to design a reasonable cycle about 12 weeks in length to run through and a bit past that date. Best total in the 220 class is 1500 raw, so my goal is to beat that.

Diet is in check. I track my macros very precisely and have had success doing so. I'm currently in a slight caloric deficit to shed a few lbs that I gained on the cruise I took a couple weeks back.

Training is a pretty basic RTS template on Sun/Tues/Wed/Fri...two upper days and two lower days focused on the big 3 lifts, using RPE's for auto-regulation.

As far as cycle history, a few 12 weekers of just Test E @ 500 a week with AI and proper PCT... I've done 2 successful runs of prop and NPP @ 100 EOD, summer 2013 and summer 2014, adding in TNE/drol blend on training days a few weeks out from the meet this last time. The prop/NPP seems to work well as far as strength goes...the nandrolone really helps me not get beat into submission when training heavy, but the prop cripples me on occasion and interferes with training.

Anadrol is really the only one I didn't tolerate well. If I used it on back to back training days it seemed to put me in a dark place and also made me not want to eat.

So, if you were in my shoes, what would you run?

I'd like to keep my run a little shorter keeping in mind the "time on = time off" thing. I'd also like to get most of the cycle in before the meet to maximize my training while on cycle.

What I've got in mind

Week 1-12 Test E @ 500
Week 9-12 Dbol (not sure how I should dose this, never used it)
Aromasin
Nolva/Clomid

maybe a therapeutic does of deca to keep joints happy? Proviron?

Definitely proviron. Deca for joints 100-200mg/wk. Plus your ancillaries.
Dbol? I dont know. I like it, but its hard to control that bloat. Maybe Tbol?

I'm not confining myself to a weight class so weight gain from the bloat wouldn't be a huge issue. From talking to others the bloat can help your lifts also.

Forgot to add that I'd probably do a prop kicker on that cycle I posted above - week 1-4 prop @ 100 EOD

Sounds like dbol might work for you. Are you gonna taper the cycle with TP, too?

I had it in my mind not to because of the pip issues but on further examination, tapering with prop for the last 2 weeks won't impact my training since I almost fully deload the week before the meet and the week after the meet isn't hugely important. Just need to time everything right so that the taper starts a week before the meet
