phil113kgYou know how that old saying goes "come full circle?" Well the more and more I do my preps the more I learn that the work in the kitchen is first priority. Plus this time around I got off my lazy ass and started bike riding outside early in the morning rather than jogging. I'm up to 1 hour1/2 every morning hitting the pavement on an empty stomach. On top of all that I'm in the gym 7 days a week sooooooooo it's got to pay off.
Well, we're only a third of the way into the EBC. So, if you are halfway there already, then you are way ahead of the pace. LOL
