Taken today 03-06-2012 and still have water to loose but the progress is coming along fine ;)
Taken the following morning after cardio and nothing in the tank. The morning light is one of the best sources of light for this pic.

phil113kgWell to answer your question, very little due to the tren ace and stuff. I remember my raw weight was at 98 kilos and now I am down to 92 with I guess 5% bf. The BF I am not sure of cause I have no way of measuring but I am guessing around 5. What do you guys think? I know the photos aren't that close to tell but this is the normal distance for to view a physic. Not bad with the tren and everything I am taking. You can check that out on my EBC site.
