When to get bloods done??

How long into a cycle of long estered gear do you feel comfortable with getting bloods done? I'm going to get some basics done (test, estradiol, etc.) to see how this gear is working out, and not sure how long I need to wait to tell if the gear is legit or not. I'm on week 3 now, figuring the Test C hasn't "kicked" but the numbers should be high at this point.
