Personal Experiences w/ Joint and Tendon Improvement
Thanks in advance everyone,
I have played sports for a while and I have had my fair share of injuries. My right hand is rebuilt, I have broken my left hand 3 times and my right hand 8 times, broken ankle, tendons in knees, and a few other issues. I still play basketball as much as I can (best cardio for me) but am currently in physical therapy for my knee.
Has anyone used a dosage of GH on the lower end (2-3iu) on its own and seen improvements in joints?
In the research I have done on my own, once again I have come across conflicting info. Some say that it will do nothing for their joints/tendons, and others will swear on their life its a huge improving factor for them.
I know what GH is and what its for, but aside from the other positive effects I may receive such as better sleep (something i struggle with), my knee is a current concern and I would like to know if 2-4iu dose will benefit that as well?

I think it helps but kinda minimal been on HGH for over a year. What works the best for joints and tendons is nandrolone. Take both together and get a synergistic effect.
My only concern with the Nandrolone is the way my body reacts to it. Some people have no problems but I feel like I start getting gyno the second I even see the vial. Ive been doing this stuff long enough to know that the give and take required for the effects and counter effects of Nandrolone just aren't worth it for me. I have felt the benefits in the joints with nandrolone before, but the only thing that stopped the sides I was experiencing was Letrozole and that brought on more problems, smaller, but still problems. In fact, at this point, I am trying to avoid anything intramuscular for the moment until I can see what positive effects I can reap from the GH. I still have many other products I will be incorporating, just nothing else anabolic. I have been putting myself on a regiment that is showing improvement, and Im hoping that between the GH, physical therapy, clean diet, supplements, cryotherapy...etc I can get past this knee issue. Its been killing my cardio considering I used to play pickup games of basketball over 10 hours a week. I know the day is coming where I will be too old to do that, but its not here yet so I want to capitalize. Thanks for the info 2500
I've used GH for almost 10 months now in an effort to combat shoulder bursitis. My shoulder problems were a major setback on chest day. I turned to GH to help speed the process along with resting and rehabbing on my own. The first 3-4 months were Rips and then switched to pharma. My dose has never exceeded 3 on Rips and 2ius on pharma. After all of this time my shoulder still lets me know it has an issue from time to time however I was comfortably lifting "heavier" following 3-4 months on the pharma. Was that the cure? I honestly can't say but everyone, doctor included, told me I wouldn't be able to lift heavy for a year. I see myself continuing it's use as long as I see fit for now. Let's not forget all the additional benefits from GH. This is just my personal opinion. There are many more experienced users here than myself that can chime in.
Thats a very helpful perspective considering that the bursitis in my knee is the main reason I have considered this.
Im 6 weeks in right now on gh hoping it will help my back and shoulders. So far my back might be a little bit better but no improvement in my shoulders. Like the guy below me said check out tb500 i plan on grabbing some asap.
Thanks for the info. Im sure that 6 weeks is still a little early and hopefully you will get the relief and progression you sought in the beginning.
thetdog623837Look into tb500 for joints/ tendons ect not sure on gh though someone else might be able too
Will do, thanks bud.
