+ 2 ADEX & possible crashed estrogen?

ad

I had a quick question. Im running 450 sustanon a week and the results are awesome so far. I got my adex a few weeks in and started taking .5 eod. That week was hell. I felt like a slug and felt down right depressed. Still made gains....

Dropped it to .25 eod and felt a little better but still not like my first few weeks.

Im getting bloods done next weekend and was curious if I should drop the ai as I have had no signs really. I just was trying to prevent gyno or any other bad side of high estrogen. I think honeslty I didnt need an ai at my dosage. I dropped it to .25 e4d and I feel like a beast again. With some stiff/sore joints

Should I drop the ai completely until I get bloods or stick with the current?

Again I never had an high e signs, I took it more of a precaution

Thanks bros

Joint pain typically in wrists and knees is very common with it. I only use this when I am having trouble getting my estrogen in check. It does a great job and very fast but I feel the same way. Anastrozole is my preferred AI

Try running it at .125mg EOD or E3D keeping the levels stable will also help evaluate the correct dose and alleviate side effects

Like I said, I had not signs, no gyno, and some bros said with my current blast I should be fine without an AI but I got schooled on how to properly run it, so I got the adex.

Just wondering If I should stop the adex completely until I get the bloods so then I can see where I am at naturally with just the test?

I know you cant tell without bloods, but was I not supposed to have my nads shrink up and hide!?!?! LOL

didnt happen at all but from what I'm hearing I am most definitely shut down

I'm approaching week 7. I just know I was feeling good in the 3-4 weeks and then when i brought in the adex I turned into a lazy weak zombie. All I wanted to do is sleep and my bones/joints ached like a mad man. It was just a huge fog and it was like I was depressed

i'm about at 80% of what I was feeling, so I know it was effecting me, I also lost alot of water weight as well. I definitely looked like I lost size, but it was like 2 lbs

You need estrogen to retain water, crash it and you get dehydrated and it dries out your joints. This is a sure sign the dose is to high.

Hard to say for sure without bloodwork, bc we can be so different in how our bodies produce enzymes.

What week are in?

Yeah. It sounds like it to me too. If you research estrogen related side effects in men, you'll see so much similarity between high and low estro that's it's hard to distinguish at first glance. The most noticeable difference between the two are fatigue or lethargy and achey joints with low levels.

It's always good to run bloodwork around week 6 for long ester test to check how the AI dose is working, especially if it's a new AI source or a new stack to you. UGLs raw sources sometimes change or batches get off. So even if you stick to the same one, it's good to check from time to time. Pharma is always the best bet in terms of consistent quality. Sometimes it's just not an option for some people tho.

Let us know how the bloodwork looks bro. Sounds like you got a handle on it IMHO.

Thank bro, so you think I should just keep the ai at the .25 e4d where I am currently feeling "normal" again? My body is telling me I hit the spot and has been very happy with me this past week or so. I also added more FOOOOOOD.

Just didn't know what to expect in the bloods, should it be ran with an AI or without an AI to check the baseline numbers?

In men, 10-50 ng/dl is considered normal range, depending on where you get your info. How our bodies respond to those levels is 100% subjective to the person.

For me 25-35 is my sweet spot. I've tested at 18 on e2, which is still in range, but my joints were achey. When I start knocking on 40-45, few pimples start popping up and libido is fading. Some people do perfectly fine in the 40's or even outside the normal range, so it's according to the individual's body.

As for your test, because what you're wanting to see is where your AI has your levels at currently, you'll want to stick to your routine. Maybe try to run the bloods 24h or so after a dose so that you know it's in your system good and not at half life (roughly 47h).

I wouldn't mind see the numbers when you get them.

Like others already said, everyone's individual system is unique. My own experience told me that my system is highly sensitive to estrogen blockers/AI's. For example: erratic energy levels, lethargy, sleep habits, and for me the way they affected my joints was really bad. Pain was so bad I just had to stop taking them. I hope you get it dialed in right for you.
