Aspiring to become a female fitness competitor

ad

Hello Eroids Community,

I am 5'5" training to become a fitness competitor. When I was younger I was one of the top competitive female dancers in the country. I am excited to learn from this sites members and to be surrounded by people that enjoy working out just as much as I do. A little more about me; I am 25 years old and have worked out since high school but lacked the time to these past couple years. I started a work out routine with the goal to loose body fat. My long term goal is to do a fitness competition a year from now. I have considered the EBC on eroids which will help push me to achieving my long term goal. Thank you for reading! Smile

HEy whats up.
I'm a Chef, and Marine. I have been studying diet and fitness my whole life.

Right now I am Helping Train a friend. She your height, but a lot heavier. Shes 27, your never to old to get into your well being, or in your case competition. I have written her diet's and gotten her on the road to recovery from her big issue. Timing of diet and exercise around work have to be custom tailored to each person and what they do. Shes on her feet already 7-8 hours at work, Shes in a position where she can lose 50#. Your in a position where 20 pounds should fly right off, I would Imagine.

I like the EBC's here on eroids, and I have pushed myself along side them, But I feel like its not a 90 day effort, its a 365 day effort, all day, all year, to live a really happy and healthy lifestyle.

There's not just me here, there are a ton of good folks who have knowledge here on eroids. Good Luck
