It's addicting that's forsure. And if you don't like the tuna, my husband discovered that a thing of cottage cheese is just as healthy. I have not tried the cottage cheese one yet, I actually like the tuna lol

Yep, even since this post I discovered that throwing in a fresh tomato makes it even better! This is a staple in my fridge now.

Great. I make one blender full at night, for the next day. It has to be very cold. I actually crave the stuff, and throwing in on fresh tomoato makes it insanely tasty. Plus it grosses people out lol

Yeah the soda sounds not so tempting but ill give this a shot for a pre workout meal substitute. I like alil something in my belly but nothing heavy before training. I already drink a v8 a day so why not. thanx for the chart!
good shit, this i think i can get down i love v8 and tabsoco and the texture of it and the taste i think will mask the tuna well. i will try this thanks for the idea.

There's a reason Vike uses soda, but I can't remember why. I just don't drink soda so V8 seemed logical, if you don't care about sodium the spicy v8 tastes great. I actually put a shot of vodka in mine last night and it tasted just like a bloody mary.
I'm pretty sure my husband thinks they taste like shit, and my kids tell me it smells funny but at this point I like them lol
