Let's talk about fruit.

So where does fruit fit into a healthy diet? I love fruit, but I feel like I'm cheating when I eat it.

2 peices of fruit a day Breakfast and post workout. Naturally boosts insulin and causes muscle growth
I only eat them at breakfast Ot around workouts which is morning or early afternoon .. I stick with dark fruits mostly blueberries and strawberries..
AnonI don't eat fruit when cutting, or any sugar for that matter (aside from the fake sugar in my crystal light & natty pb) but cold watermelon is by far my favorite. So.damn.good!!
Yeah grapes are killing my fatloss at the moment. I love them, but I gotta get back on track tomorrow.
Read your comment and remember reading a good article on it but couldn't find it so I spent the last hour (OCD) looking for it! Here you go brother might find it interesting

If your truly following a "clean" diet and cutting then no, I don't eat it. But bulking hell ya. It's good for you, but it's all sugar. But it's the only type of sugar that the liver won't convert to glycogen post workout. I'm not sure why this is. I love fruit tho.
But I really like it lol
I do to, I like it better them candy. It's one of my favorite things to eat and it's healthy. During bulking season I'll try to have some for breakfast everyday just not when I cut.
It depends are we cutting or bulking
Cutting, fruit seems healthy but is the sugar content too high?
Between 7 am and 2 pm
Occasionally watermelon around midnight when I am sleep walking and need a snack
