+ 1 TDEE calculation while cutting on gear (Test/Tren/Mast/T3)?
Stats are 6'2", 220lbs, 11%BF.
I'm currently on a cutting cycle consisting of Test/Tren/T3, will be adding Masteron in 2 weeks. I'm contemplating adding Clenbuterol in the near future as well.
This is the first cut I've done while on these compounds, mainly relying on DNP to cut in the past. Simply decided DNP was too harsh on my body last time I cycled it, so it's not an option this time around.
My TDEE has been calculated at roughly 3551 calories (40/40/20 split) - my main question here is whether calculated TDEE is an accurate guideline while on a cycle like this (T3/Clen/Test/Tren/Mast).
Would it be prudent to stay slightly OVER the calculated TDEE even though this is a cutting cycle? One would think that the compounds I'm on would partition the nutrients more effectively, and thus result in fat loss even above TDEE. Of course.. my reasoning could be totally wrong, which is why I'm seeking guidance.
Thanks beforehand, any advice is appreciated.

Yes, TDEE is still accurate. Eat 3,000 calories and you'll be money.
Thanks. Was under the impression that T3 would "increase" my TDEE for some reason. I'll stick between 3000-3100 calories and keep everyone posted on progress.
Yeah, I used to think the same thing, that steroids would increase your TDEE... But they don't... :/ Would be nice though!
Mr Kfizzle23 and running all these compounds bro? Not good. You are already at 11% bf stick with a lean high protein diet and you will be just fine. No reason for all this mess, you are asking for trouble with your health!
I'm 26, not sure why my profile said 23. My apologies, must have been an error on my part.
Any input on the topic at hand in regards to the TDEE calculation?
I mean are you really 26 or did you just change it cause you realized we can't give advice to guys under 25? Id be glad to help but im worried id be giving advise on a very advanced cycle to someone who shouldn't even be using gear yet.
I'm really 26, and this is my 8th cycle.
+1. Thank you
