This is by far the BEST bang for your buck.

Sitting eating supper and thinking...

After spending time watching the forums lately I have seen quite a few posts from guys that need to be directed straight to this post!

If you're under 25 we are not going to give you cycle advice! You need to take advantage of your natural test that's still plenty high to help you achieve maximum natty potential, only at that time will you be physically ready to take the leap into aas.

If you can not get your body to grow at least to a good size proportionate to your height we are not going to give you cycle advice! You can't even be mentally and physically strong enough to push yourself to eat what it takes to grow. What makes you think you can be able to discipline yourself to maintain a cycle???

If you have obviously not done your research and say things like "I'll be using creatine for pct" (this really happened) WE ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU CYCLE ADVICE!

I live very close to a large supermarket, I sometimes go up late evening and get some cheap meat or fish that is due to reach its sell by date. I get some stuff a quarter of its original price, obviously it needs eating the same or next day at the latest but it's all still good to go. It's gets throw if not bought by midnight. I've had about a kilo of chicken this weekend for about what I pay for my usual breakfast.

I do something similar, poor mans diet. top ramen, 7 eggs, i can tuna. throw some water in a bowl, 5 egg whites and two whole eggs, throw in the microwave for 3 minutes. eggs wont be solid but some of it will be sorta poached. throw in noodles and let sit for 3-5 minutes. cut up some cilantro, grab your favorite hot sauce(I use thai or chinese for the flavor), or whatever you like for flavor. throw it all in the bowl. I use some broth instead of seasoning packet.

I know top ramen is not a healthy meal, but its a great carrier to get the rest of the stuff down without tasting it. and I love the fact that for the most part I can drink it. (I break noodles up fine before adding to water)

Cycle?...... i am ON 365 bro i just swap compounds to match certain goals within the year.... early comps were set back due to the broken wrist so nothing doing until oct and sept in that department so i can stay on big eats for another 5/6 weeks.... around 7000 at the moment but got upto just under 10,000 when i hammered the GHRP-6............ I got upto 268lbs but felt like shit lugging that around so eased it back and am now 250 and quite cut.... quads are taping at 30in dead........... big calories are mostly in the mornings now with the carb bang then filter into mostly protein meals for the rest of day to prep myself for a hard diet that just around the corner...... even cutting i wont drop below 3500/3200 cals pr day to retain muscle mass but that will consist of mostly proteins and only hit carbs hard for loading in the final week..... carb cycling doesn't work well for me i have to do it the hard way and just eat few carbs in the AM then live off pro for the remainder of the day.

Damn 10,000! That's nuts. I know you don't cycle anymore should've said blast or whatever, I just remember reading a couple months ago you were gonna add some stuff the first of June. I'm getting ready to start my PEP regimen, anxious to see how it goes. I've been trying to hit carbs early and taper off, but damn it's tough. Sounds like you got things dialed.

Nothing really worth having is easy brother.............. mindset is the key! when results start to appear it just drives me on even harder............ one lazy day soon leads to two, cheat days work the same if we allow it! fuck that.. i refuse failure and beat myself up if i start to lag either with training or diet..... folks think i am hard on noobs here, jesus! you need to see how hard i am on myself (Daily).

When the day comes that people STOP staring or giving comments about how i look............. that will be the day i know its ALL OVER!!........... until then i will remain to have a machine head towards goal.
