Blood work!
The first set of bloods is November of last year. Training kind of sucked, diet was trash. Was not locked in. Was taking 250mg of test a week then, no orals. Nothing else.
Second set of bloods is from May this year, 2026. A couple weeks before my labs were scheduled, I decided to up the test to 500mg/wk. Did that for a few weeks and decided it wasn’t time, so went back to 250mg, but test and estrogen were not leveled out before labs, so that’s where the elevated test and estrogen levels come from.
Third set of bloods is from 7/1/2026. Blood work represents a true baseline for me at 250mg a week as I was on that dose from May, a solid 6-7 weeks after the second set of bloods. I began 6/15 taking 25mg of Anavar sublingual on training days ( 4 days a week), so 7/1 bloods do reflect that. 7/13 I decided to do 50mg of Anavar on training days, 25mg the other 3 days. I also added in HGH at 4iu beginning 7/2 and am still currently on it, as well as the Anavar.
I say all of that to get to my main point. I’m ready to do a “real” cycle. I’ve got bloods scheduled 7/22 to check, estrogen, lipids, etc. I really am only retesting to see what the Anavar is doing to my cholesterol, with a few extra added biomarkers to be sure. I plan to run Test/Deca for my next cycle, maybe some Masteron as well. Test at 400mg, Deca at 300mg, Masteron at 300mg. Just looking for some pointers, opinions, advice, really anything. I’ve been on and off Testosterone for a couple years with really getting serious this year. With the being said, I’m ready to bulk and add some mass. 5’8”, 168lbs. Estimated around 18% body fat.
