3 months post cycle, now nipple lumb?

Hi guys,
Let's start I've never had this before.
Obviously there is no true way to know if e2 related without blood work anyone else had this?
I just ran a simple test only cycle, last few weeks a added Hgh , and ran that through pct, and until now afterwards.
I've used clen for a standard protocol also,.
Both nipples are sore to touch, with what feels like a lump in each.
Any suggestions ?
Would it be ok to do a small cycle of arimidex? Or aromasin to get rid? Or even letro?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I've done the protocol below,
I've run 15 days letro at 2.5mg ED started nolva on day 10 and been using nolva now for about 7 days!
The nipple lumps haven't gone at all? Just wondering what's the next action to take?
I think the letro could of been fake? As I didn't feel no estro crash really? It was pharmagrade letro!
I also have aromasin and arimidex, popped a couple 25mg aro tabs the last 3 days...
Maybe I should try arimidex?
Definitely do not use Masteron coming fresh off PCT. That's not what that post was intended for.
Same thing happened to me. Get your E2 in check asap. I would dose whatever you have on hand until you can get some letro, then run that letro nolva combo suggested below.
My buddy had this same problem, he's been taking nolvadex and adex and it is almost completely gone about 6 weeks later.

Letro Nolva combo. Gotta kill it brotha. Use the search bar to find "how I kill gyno lumps" posted by theflash85. It will work. Then go get bloods done. Obviously your estrogen post cycle was all sorts of fucked up. If you don't manage your estrogen its just gonna happen all over again. Best of luck bro.
