Last year I was having trouble hitting 5k clean calories. Every meal I was force feeding myself. I just finished a show and I could not satisfy my appetite. I was eating every hour and so much, constantly painfully stuffed for a week post show. I'm easily eating 5k cal right now and still hungry. BUT I fed wouldn't recommend it lol it's very uncomfortable and not good for you. I have heard the water trick. Stuff yourself with water can work. However go with what people are saying. Get your macros right, eat mostly clean unprocessed food and just slowly increase it man. You'll get it. Diet is more important than gear or training read up and make sure it's in point! Good luck man.

Fastest short term, stomach strech is drinking a lot of water, untill you have that pot belly, did this the night before a 5LBS Burrito at Taco Del Mar.

Stretching your stomach is a process that takes time. Eat until you are full and then take one more bite. Any more then that is asking for you to throw it back up. Besides; you shouldn't be eating like that anyways; you should be eating 6-8 small meals a day. If you cant do that then supplement with shakes for those times you do not want to eat.

Don't try to do it tomorrow. Increase the calories you're taking in over time, gradually. Try getting the my fitness pal app for you're phone and log what you eat every day. Track that and increase.

It's not cheap either bud. When I'm eating like I'm supposed to - it gets expensive. I had a very hard time gaining weight too at one point. Come to find out my diet was all over the place and half the time I wasn't getting the calories I needed. I bet your situation is similar.

This is a much better way to spend your money then on gear.

I have to say, not that many ppl use myfitness pal; that app has saved me a few times. Using that and another one I have i was able to actually see what I was eating instead of trying to always log it with pen and paper. This is a really good answer for the OP.
