i cant stay away from this place...
been crazy busy lately, things are starting to slow down a little. Im healing up nicely from my hernia repair, started back this week doing light weights and lots of reps. I am sore as hell though. my extra time has been spent at the MMA gym coaching boxing and mma striking, basically being a glorified mitt man, and personal training, but i love teaching and working with people. Im not sure im going to return to fighting or just stick with coaching, i think the coaching has brought me more joy than fighting.

so ill be back around here, checking in and helping when i can and who i can. i missed this place and you FAWKERS...
