Yuk.... I don't like almond milk. Coconut milk has more calories but it's from healthy fats that can be useful when cutting.
I am a huge fan of almond milk. Good amount of vitamins per serving. The only con I can think of is I know a few people that don't like the taste. But personally like it.
I use it all the time, I love it. Definitely beats water.
x2 i go half water and half almond milk in shakes just to get a thicker shake and help offset that water taste... water and chocolate together is rough
