Genotropin GoQuick 5.3mg, blood in the pen, anyone?

I am using Genotropin GoQuick 5.3mg Pfizer Pen for sometime.
Has anyone using that ever encountered small blood particles inside the liquid after the injection? It never happened before.
What should one do in that case? Throw it to the garbage or continue using it?

you probably just hit a vein. No worries. Believe it or not some bodybuilders inject HGH intraveneously. I'm not advising it though
