HCG in lieu of test

Hello everyone,
Firstly, as much as I appreciate the vigor and intelligence of forum members, do note my "stats" are in my profile. I hate redundancy, so I will not reiterate them here.
I was reading through the Bill Roberts interviews on the Meso-Rx site, and I came across his favorite cycle when he is trying to take it easy sans tren. He runs masteron and HCG. No test.
Has anyone run this kind of cycle before? As the only reason to run test on cycle is for sexual function, the question is - does HCG maintain sexual function?
It's an interesting question.

I ran hcg mono therapy for a year pharm grade 1000iu 3 times a week. Under a doctors supervision it put my test levels at 905.
Sex drive was good, and the fat loss was incredible. A bonus I came like a porn star. It was like a water house. It got interesting when I sneaked in provi and anavar with the doctor hcg script.

Just my opinion. Did some research on the same thing, and that was my take on the practice, to maintain sexual function and feeling of well being by test maint without synthetic test.
eryximachusFriend, I can barely understand your first sentence. If you don't like my presentation, then by all means don't respond. You have, however, and thank you. It sounds like you have used HCG instead of test while on cycle, and it worked for you. I would have preferred duration and dosage, but thank you for your input.
My recollection of this is that Bill is not telling the "rest of the story." For some reason - either of us could do the research - Mast by itself somehow crashes E2 and the remedy for this is HCG. HCG is also similar in effect to LH (luteinizing hormone) - so the HCG is increasing his natty test production - so I guess the answer to your question is yes - HCG will maintain if not augment sexual function.
eryximachusI do believe that is the primary reason he gives for doing this - estrogen comes from conversion of testosterone. Hence, if you have none (because other gear suppressed LH), you've got a problem in time.
My issue is that I love test. It's easy to recover from. It works. But it bloats me all to hell. Bill Roberts is the only one who seems to have done this kind of cycle, but it seems brilliant.
I've gotten to the point where I use HCG all throughout my cycles anyway - it makes a HUGE difference in recover for this 36yo man.

I love Test as well. Really I do. My order of Test undecanoate 500 mg / ml with a half life of 16.5 days has recently arrived and I plan on my first pin tonight. My concern is while it will jack the total serum test, I may have to add some Provi to generate more free test, we'll see when I do my next labs.
I just gotta help Lilbear out here. When the urine needs to be made acidic to enhance the elimination of drugs like cocaine, amphetamine, quinidine, and strychnine via forced diuresis when poisoning by these drugs has occurred Vitamin C is used. It is a natural diuretic and can be used to combat Testosterone bloat. The dosage, however, varies by the individual. You can titrate the dose until you experience diarrhea indicating you have exceeded your maximum tolerance.
Now, I also drink a gallon a day of distilled water that also seems to help with Test bloat. The side effect of distilled water is that it is wonderful at flushing the electrolytes out of your system including sodium. I remember the first time I started cramping up, I though it was for lack of potassium, so I rushed to the kitchen and grabbed my bottle of salt substitute which is potassium chloride - put a tablespoon in a glass of water and it did nothing. Now what? I called my trainer, who had advised me to drink the distilled water and he was laughing. Go put a tablespoon of regular salt in a glass of water and drink that. 10 min later, cramps gone. So, distilled water does for me anyways abate Test bloat and Lilbear is right in saying it lowers sodium !!
To deal with test bloat all you have to do is increase water lower sodium. Also adding vitamin c will help you shed the bloat. The acid brakes down the sodium

The rule is that your stats are to be in your profile. My stats are in my profile. Anticipating a trite response like yours, I explicitly stated this in the very first sentence.
As for my cycle history, that is none of your damn business and is not required to either answer my question nor comply with forum rules.
Do you get off on these kinds of conflicts? Is everyone here so jacked up on gear that they are unable to behave in a civilized fashion?
There is clearly an IQ aspect. Most posters who seem the most ardent in asserting their compliance with forum rules possess grade school level writing ability.
