+ 3 THE most POTENT fat burner EVER
Anybody thats been cruising around here doing their research about anabolics and muscle growth has already learned that the most anabolic substance known to man is food.

I'd venture to say that I'm not the first one to be disappointed to learn that there is no magic pill, nothing in an amp or vial to rip us up or make us monsters overnight. That simply will not happen without an approach using education, dedication, and perseverance. Eroids is a good foundation for education. Longevity and health must be the cornerstones of dedication. Diet and training are the doorway of perseverance.
Unfortunately, there is no magic wand for fat loss either. There are, however, ways to fine tune and assist your metabolism to optimize your diet and training for fat loss. The most effective way to raise your metabolic rate is to increase your muscle mass. The body burns more calories to sustain a pound of muscle than it does to sustain a pound of fat. To the tune of 50 calories per pound of muscle per day. So even while youre resting, each pound of added muscle will cause your body to burn more calories per day exponentially.
So instead of wasting your time looking for fat loss quick fixes, start researching a good training program and diet plan that will make that fat loss permanent. Train, eat, and grow.

Morning workout/cardio during a fasted state with some caffeine in me leans me out nicely. Then I just have to struggle the rest of my day trying not to eat everything in sight and staying under maintenance calories. I'm a food addict at heart so I can attest to lifestyle changes and fighting urges to go eat out and saying no to junk... as opposed to relying solely on diet pills.
Anonsex should be included in there..lots of test fueled sex!
so you mean to tell me I'm burning 10,550 calories without doing anything?

I would have to agree. There's no magic pills to lose fat it's all about eating clean, and getting off your ass and working out. I've put a lot hours in the gym. I've had to change my diet several times, but it's basicicly a learning thing. Everyone is different. It will never happen over night. It takes dedication, time, will power, and hard ass work. It starts in the kitchen though.
Good read bro! Thanks for your contribution. +2 you've earned it
Thank you brother. Hopefully this will catch the eye of some of the new guys lookin for shortcuts and send em to the gym instead of to the pharmacy.
Good write up. You've learned a lot in the short time you've been here. Amazing what can be found on this site.

Thank you. And youre right about learning a lot. Its amazing to find how little you know. A lake is a huge body of water til you see the ocean! This site saved my life! AND my balls!
lol x2!
waltrI think one of the biggest problems people have with fat loss is simply that they don't eat enough, frequently enough..
If a person wants to speed their metabolism up, without the use of drugs, they need to eat smaller portions more often..
russel12In actual tho these frequent small meals can make you fat if a person is insulin resistant than he'll yes you'll get fat! Every meal you take your insulin levels will spike up and when insulin is high do you thing your body's gonna lose any fat? The loosing of fat happens when lipolysis is triggered which is when your body release fat in the former of fatty acid but your body will not release any fat when it still thinks that you have enough energy as insulin is still high and it is transporting glucose!
I know youre replying to waltr here, but the fact remains that adding muscle burns fat in and of itself.
russel12Well actually there is no study that shows adding muscle will loose fat! There is one on testosterone tho !
There are several, and about a million articles here's a little from one;
"When you exercise, you use muscle. This helps build muscle mass, and muscle tissue burns more calories -- even when you're at rest -- than body fat. According to Wharton, 10 pounds of muscle would burn 50 calories in a day spent at rest, while 10 pounds of fat would burn 20 calories."

Theres no study that shows that muscle mass burns calories?? Ok. Cant believe Im reading that. I really dont want a flame up in this thread. Trying to encourage guys who dont know better to train eat and grow rather than look for help from dangerous compounds.
Actually, peoples issue with fat loss is they do not want to put in the effort required to lose the fat and would rather trade their horse for magic beans and pills. They want to eat garbage and lose weight with ZERO effort. Garbage in is Garbage out. My wife said something to me the other day that hit home, she said "working out sucks, it hurts, and it is no fun." I told her "If working out was none of those things, then everyone on this planet would be in great shape and there would be no fast food restaurants that cater to the lazy." on a side note she has busted past that barrier and is now on her way to a better body and losing the fat she wanted by PUTTING IN THE EFFORT REQUIRED, no magic beans, no pills LOL.
